We’re back around the table after the summer break !

For this edition of Food for Thought, we’re happy to welcome Haythem Fantar @hitunis for a dinner that travels from the Mediterranean, and a little further.

haythem’s cuisine is made of memories, encounters, things tasted along the way, and things that simply feel right together.
A houria can meet a kashke bademjan. Burrata can find itself next to slouk. Something to spread, something to taste, something to pass around to the person sitting next to you.

For Haythem, cooking is a cuisine of sharing, dialogue and instinct. A cuisine that travels without necessarily asking permission.
