2 ways to fix the "Groupon shoppers" for your med spa
1- your team learns to sell better
2- you run a voucher instead of a discount

This med spa ad has been running for 4 months. I'd still steal it.

Kalologie: $99 NAD+ shot, regularly $125. 3 things worth copying:

1. They sell what people are already searching for. They aren't creating demand, they're catching it with a good price.
2. The price anchor. $99 isn't a huge discount, but striking out $125 makes it feel like one.
3. The lead form asks which city. 14 locations, and no lead ever lands at the wrong spa.

What I'd change: send traffic to a landing page instead of a lead form. On one of our multi-location accounts, landing page visitors booked themselves at ~34%. Lead form leads who were then asked to self-book booked in the single digits.

If you've never A/B tested form vs landing page, you're probably leaking money.

Most agencies don't fail loudly. They coast quietly. 👀

If you own a service company, swipe through and count how many of these sound like your account.

The quiet signs:
→ An ad's been losing money for weeks and nobody shut it off
→ Same creative since month one
→ Reports full of clicks and "cost per lead," but never booked jobs
→ Slower replies and a new account manager every few months
→ You're not even sure whose Business Manager your ad account lives in

Your ads should be measured on one thing: booked appointments that turn into jobs sold. Not impressions.

If you checked 2 or more, DM me AUDIT and I'll look at your account myself and tell you exactly what I'd fix. Even if you keep your agency.

Save this for your next renewal call. 📌

@championwindow has the right offer: Buy 2, Get 2 Free. It’s running in ads that look like an old-school mailer.

If you’re a big company, the thing local shops beat you on is trust. Here’s what I’d do with that budget:
→ Keep a couple of the statics (older homeowners still respond to them)
→ Hammer the local area with UGC creators and raw photos of the foreman and crews on real job sites
→ Send people to a landing page, not just a form, and judge it on show rate and revenue, not cost per lead

If you have experience in high ticket sales (actually have closed tons of deals), I have a full calendar waiting for a dog to step in and take over for us.

DM me if you're interested. Please only reach out if you have experience.

DMV Chimney & Vents' ad says 200+ Google reviews. Their website says 500+. Their About page says 412.

None of those numbers are bad. Having three different ones is.

Once a homeowner notices the mismatch, they start questioning every other claim in your ad. If you don't have the reviews yet, don't push them.

The other fixes:
→ "Holiday discount" means nothing until you say what the discount is
→ A before/after shows the result. Also sell the pain (safety)
→ Give people a real reason to act: repair done in under 72 hours, or the labor is free
→ Get some video ads in the account

@leadfi.ai actually has an incredible product - but the offer is unclear. Fix the headlines, make it more authentic = fix the funnel!

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

I learned that with a pair of clippers in my bathroom mirror.

Most business owners learn it in Ads Manager.

You set the budget. You pick the targeting. You write the copy. You stare at a dashboard you don't fully understand and wonder why the phone isn't ringing.

That's not a you problem. That's a specialist problem.

Barbers cut hair for a living. We run ads for a living. At @hivemktg that's literally all we do for home service and med spa businesses.

Keep the clippers in the drawer. Let us handle the ads.

@renewalbyandersen does $3B+ a year, and their giveaway ad is still running two days after its own deadline.

The giveaway itself is a great offer. Everyone who enters (and tells their friends) becomes a lead, and everyone who doesn't win gets a second-place offer.

But "Enter by October 13" sitting live on October 15 makes people think you're stretching the rules or trying to squeeze money out of them. Avoiding this would have been simple - just put an end date on the ad on the campaign level.
