Posted @withregram • @hjframpton Having started training for the @londonmarathon just shy of two months ago, and never really being a long distance runner, I am extremely happy to have completed my first half marathon. It was tough. My legs hurts, A LOT. A couple of blisters and some redness in places I dare not describe, but we did it. @jamesleept, a constant motivator when it comes to training, so thank you! It’s all paying off. Have a swipe to check out our route into the City, getting a little lost and then hitting the straight back to Finsbury Park! #Keepitmovin’

How are you getting active today?
_
Decent run today with @hjframpton
_
A quick 5k turned into 9 somehow 😂
_
Enjoyed it though, and feel great after!
Running is much better multiplayer!
_
If you struggle with motivation, try to find a friend who can join you, it doesn’t have to be a brutal session to get a benefit either.

Back to some weights tomorrow!

I sacked off the first (an immense spin sesh with Hazza @hjframpton - only the best spin class) to go have pizza with my good pal Angela @ange_johnson83 . It was lush food and immense company. I deleted my face coz it wasn’t all that and this Insta malarkey’s all about good stuff, right?!!! Anyway, the girl makes me giggle a lot about stuff polite girls aren’t meant to talk about... Get what I’m sayin’!!!! We’re bad people!!!! Pizza, beer and a beautiful chocolate stout. Meaning this afternoon I’m back in the gym in bright turquoise socks and will return to spin next week!!! #chat #cheateveryday #eatingout #gymgal #nightout

This is the sad state of affairs we're in. After two weeks of drinking and eating crap coz I got complacent and thought I was invincible, and clearly didn't work hard enough to shift the calories - TWAT - Harry @hjframpton is pictured here teaching me how to walk!!! Start from the bottom 😂😂 Nah, we were messing around. We'd already done half hour killer spin and I was well on my way to doing another hour or so to get back on it!!! Still, check out that meaty back!! I need to lose me that 1.5lbs FAST. So if you see me sweating, give me a thumbs up pls. I've learnt my lesson: Don't stuff one's face and drink all the drink coz you'll go back to square one! 🤦‍♀️ #backatit #cardio #gymlife #spintuesdays #stopdrinkingbeer #stopeatingcrap #sweaty #weightloss
