This time last year in the Douro Valley with great cars and even better company! I do quite miss the body-coloured barrels on the M3. Chrome or body coloured, which do you prefer?

My trusty old L322 is looking rough these days and I genuinely feel sad about it. I have never liked a car as much as this one. That being said, with the value being so low is it really worth having the paintwork/rust fixed before it’s gone past the point of no return? Thinking with my head and not my heart now.

It doesn’t get better than an early L322, I adore them. They are now 20+ years old and this country is hard on cars! The rapid decline in this car over the past 18 months is shocking.

Do I paint it? do I wrap it? Do I scrap it?

I collected a car from DK Engineering earlier today and pulling up to a place like that with a rough car left me feeling a little embarrassed. This car represents me goofing about on instagram but I need it to represent my business too…

L322’s do L322 things sometimes. Still the best cars out there.

Nothing we can’t handle on this one. A few common issues have reared their heads. A new inlet manifold, egr deletes, front brakes, @michelinuk cross climate tyres and this one’s ready to go…once I’ve changed the torque converter too!

Really good to see how clean the engine is internally, it shows this one’s has been well maintained throughout its life.

On the 2nd October it marks one year since I posted this video. The first video where I got in front of the camera and started to take making content seriously.

I was nervous and my microphone sounded like it was underwater but I loved it. I still love making content. I have a huge respect for content creators, it’s not as easy as it looks.

I think to mark the occasion I should get the GT3 back out and remake the video. Maybe even a 🍩 or two, who’s in?
