I do enjoy change. I do God’s promises of change especially.

I spent the yesterday (7/4) recalling how a year from today, I was coming out of a major surgery.
I quietly moved through the day thanking my body, my uterus especially, my spirit, my mind, my friends, my family, for seeing me through the healing. And they are still here. Seeing me through that healing, knowingly and unknowingly.

I thought I should keep it to myself, and then I recalled how supported I felt; how much of that grace came from you, my lovers💛
Your girl is as strong as she’s ever been, as blessed as our God had intended.

“In the process of letting go, you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself. It will be a permanent Self, rooted in awareness and creativity. Once you have captured this, you have captured the world.”

These words by @deepakchopra illuminate the treasures that lie behind the discovery of the self, and surrendering to the expansiveness of who you are meant to be. Indeed though, this journey of self discovery may be an uphill battle of trial and error, an unlearning of untamed error, that shines a spotlight on unquestioned beliefs and unconscious habits; where despite it all, you soon realise that your inner wellbeing, and your spirit depends on it.
•
As you stand in who you are today,
May you have the courage to discover the fabric of your very being. May you find the courage to question everything, and surrender to the inner-knowing of the possibilities to who you can be are unending and so too are the answers.
•
And we hope that your journey of deep diving into the self, may eventually bring you to a place
of surrender,
of stillness,
of hard truths but soft remedies.
Rest assured that work you put into Self
will be deeply embedded and live in you.
It will be for you and
for generations to come.

We love you and hope this helps 🤎 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Finally a day where I feel like myself again. Returning to your body and mind when you have been displaced, by pain, fatigue and uncertainty, is not only a relief, but it also reveals to me, over and over to again, how resilient my spirit is.
I do not take all the credit, I cannot. There are a stellar of hearts I am supported by.
Loved by.
Leads me to remember how in a world of impermanence, when things are constantly changing, love does not just allow you the freedom and ability to adapt and transform, it also allows you to return to you, and better than before.

P.S. Looking forward to a weekend of relaxing and caring for my mind and body.
