PATHOLOGISTS ASSISTANT 🧠🫁🫀🔪

Ever wonder where your body parts go after surgery? To me! Well, to the gross room where a Pathologists’ Assistant receives it, processes it, and submits tissue for analysis and diagnosis 🔬

That’s not all we do though! We perform frozen sections, ancillary studies, consultations, and a wide range of other duties like teaching, management, etc.

We are also trained in anatomical pathology where we can perform hospital and forensic autopsies to help determine how someone passed away 🔪

The fun never ends as a PathA and this journey is just beginning! Follow me @thegrosspath to learn more about this profession, how to become a PathA (prospective and current students, I’ll have a ton for you!), and for just fun path facts and cases 💀

🔥 ONE TEAM. ONE GRID. ONE GOAL. 🔥

This is what makes the United Grid League unlike any other sport.

Men and women competing together, relying on trust, communication, strength, and split-second timing to complete every race. There are no individual victories here—every movement, every transition, and every handoff depends on the team.

🏋️ Strength.
⚡ Speed.
🤝 Coordination.
💙 Trust.

Every athlete has a role. Every second matters. Every race is a test of preparation, chemistry, and execution under pressure.

This isn't just functional fitness—it's elite teamwork at full speed.

Welcome to the future of team competition.

🌊 Follow the Palm Beach Breakers and experience one of the most exciting, fast-paced co-ed sports in the world as we continue our journey through the United Grid League.

💬 Tag someone who would love to compete on the Grid!

Four women living states apart, connected by fitness, questionable decision-making, and an inability to say no to a challenge. First time together. First time competing together. 11th out of 153 teams. NYC, you were good to us.

And a huge thank you to my husband, who’d probably choose just about anywhere over NYC for a vacation but came anyway to cheer me on❤️

Had an absolute blast with this amazing team of ladies. We finished 11th out of 153 teams. Never training together once but effortlessly flowed together. A few top 10 finishes for some of us and just a real good time. No better way to spend time in NYC than running around with these fine people. Can’t wait for next year! 🗽💕🏃🏼‍♀️❤️🤍💙 @hyroxamerica @madapplefitness_

Happy PA day from these dedicated and passionate healthcare professionals ❤️‍🩹

Not the most glamorous 9-5… working behind the scenes with care, precision, and purpose - every specimen, every cut. We gross specimens to help ensure accurate diagnosis, cancer staging, and the best path forward for our patients.
