A jelly a day… may help you sweat the small stuff a little less…

Life gets crazy. Plans change. The little things pile up. And sometimes we just need a little help rolling with it instead of letting every little thing get under our skin.

Like the jelly toss, sometimes you catch it on the first try… and sometimes you just keep trying! 😂😂😂

When you just don’t want the hike to end, you stretch it out as long as you can….

September always feels like a reset.

A chance to pause, refocus, and decide what you want to carry into this next season and what you’re ready to leave behind.

Let’s move forward with a little more intention, a little more fun, and a little more connection.

Let’s make it a good one!

Wishing you a Friday (and weekend!) filled with lots of dancing and a whole lot less worrying about what others think!

They don’t need us less.
They need us differently.

As the kids grow, our role changes, too.

We go from being the anchor to becoming the lighthouse; still there, just giving them the space to find their own way.

That’s what this season is about. It is learning when to hold on, and when to let go.

I saw something that said, remember this is our first time doing this too, so give yourself grace. ❤️❤️❤️

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself isn’t completing another workout, or checking something off your list, or spending another hour spent taking care of everyone else.

Sometimes it’s sitting with a friend, catching up on life and talking about ALL the things.

An hour later, we left feeling calmer, lighter and ready to take on the rest of the day. 🧘

Tag your person who you feel better just by spending time together.

☀️ So much summer left but still feeling the days slip away—

A little reminder to stop waiting for the “perfect” moment to have fun.

Say yes to the spontaneous plan.
Go watch the sunrise or sunset.
Make an ordinary day feel a little less ordinary.

Because this is the summer we’ll wish we could have back. ☀️

FUN FRIDAY reminder:
Go make some memories!
