Paralyzed on this caption for the last 5 min because it’s so hard to put into words anything about yesterday!!

@calledtoleadmovement happened and I just couldn't be more overwhelmed and convicted - in the best way possible - to keep searching and pushing towards God’s purpose for my life!!

@kellyroachofficial and @sandiglandt thank you so much for being obedient to what God has called you to do and for putting the vision out there!!! I couldn't be more thankful for having you I'm my life not only as friends, but also as women of faith and leadership!!

To all the speakers @julssolomon @chalenejohnson @amandatress @julieciardi and @kimperell thank you so much for sharing your wisdom so genuinely and honestly with us!!

@thetracylitt thank you for all your energy and keeping us grounded even when all we wanted to do is chat non stop 🙈

@annloreerau thank you for your support and holding my vision!

@heathjblanchard thank you for being there for me and supporting me with absolutely everything! Eu Te amo!

To all my friends who supported and showed up, I'm so grateful for you and for you being too many to count 🥰🙌🏼

To all the ladies that stopped by, did the fitness challenged and connected with me, I really appreciate you and more than honored that you'd spend your time with us!

The mission is big, but with God, all things are possible!!
Compelled to go harder, smarter, bolder and with more faith!!

Thank You God!!

You won’t find half of this in a chain grocery store - tropical fruit, local produce, and people who can tell you exactly where it came from.

South Florida farmers markets are unmatched.

P.S. They’re open rain or shine, every Saturday!

What did you expect?
No half a$$ing around this Brazilian World Champion
😏👸🏻

Only come train with me if you want real results
And an amazing painful, I mean, powerful workout!
😜

Thanks to my model @holisticallyhann for so selflessly letting me put her through this misery 😂

Do you have a discipline problem or a tolerance problem?
When was the last time you were really uncomfortable?
Or even better…when was the last time you purposely chased discomfort?

Most womeb Dont have the body they want not because they lack discipline,
But simply because they were never taught how to be physically uncomfortable!

I mean, we go through all the medical procedures right, and that's usually someone inflicting pain on us, for a determined time and a determined purpose!

But how about when it's you cause yourself that pain?
When you're doing those nasty Bulgarian split squats,
And your legs are burning, and all you can think is
“Stop! This hurts too much! This is stupid!”
And most will stop, right at the first sign of pain…

What if I told you, running away from pain is exactly
What's causing your body to become weaker year after year?
😬

Next time you're doing an exercise and it hurts,
I want you to ask yourself:
“Can I do just one more step?”
And keep repeating that, until you REALLY can't do anymore!

That's the secret!
That's the power of discomfort!

Try it and let me know!!

I didn’t teach her to curse but in this instance it’s valid… because WHAT😭😭😭 I love Rory’s community on here. I read through all the comments every night, and it’s really heartwarming seeing the same names over and over.

This account has brought so much positivity into my life this year, and I hope it brings the same to all of you! Rory is a special baby angel. Good thing she is allowing me to keep posting her (with approval now I guess).

Now that I’m back from vacation, I’ll start making reels on how I trained specific tricks! Which should I do first? Rory knows: speak, blinkie, touch, rollover, hand (handoff), “bring it back” (for fetch) and a few random ones like getting into “jump position” or “intercept position”. Currently teaching her “catch” but she kinda forgot it since I’ve been gone😭😭

Comment which one you’d like to see first:)
