Your mind is an instrument ~ careful how you tune it 🪉

Have you ever felt caught in a cycle of negative thoughts, hopelessness or despair?

Our thoughts do not control everything that happens to us but they shape how we experience and respond to life:

‘As a man thinks in his heart, so he is’ ~ Proverbs 23:7

That’s why it’s important to guard our minds and be aware of the messages we repeatedly take in consciously or subconsciously.

Disturbing images, constant scrolling and endless stimulation can affect our attention, mood and sense of peace. Over time what we dwell on can tune our brains towards fear and despair or towards peace and truth.

We are reminded to ‘be renewed in the spirit of your mind’ and to ‘take every thought captive’

~Ephesians 4:23
~2 Corinthians 10:5

Time in nature, reading, prayer, quiet and turning our attention towards goodness, beauty & truth can help renew your mind 🪉🌿

Mucosal integration around dental implants is a critical determinant of long-term implant success and peri-implant health. A stable, well-attached peri-implant mucosa creates an effective biological seal that protects the underlying bone from bacterial invasion and mechanical insult. This soft-tissue barrier helps reduce inflammation, minimizes peri-implant bone loss, and enhances resistance to plaque accumulation. In addition, robust mucosal integration contributes to improved esthetics by supporting natural-looking gingival contours and stable soft-tissue margins over time. Zirconia implants offer advantages over titanium for soft-tissue health due to their superior biocompatibility, reduced plaque affinity, favorable epithelial attachment, and absence of metal ions, all of which contribute to healthier peri-implant tissues and a lower risk of inflammation.

My son was stung by something at the pool last summer. It started to swell, got really red with a raised bump. Luckily I had Apis with me. I gave him a dose and within 30 minutes it was literally gone!

Mowing season is upon us! Fresh cut grass can make my eyes water like crazy and my nose run like a faucet. For me, I grab Allium Cepa (derived from red onion), place a few pellets under my tongue and observe the waterworks of my eyes and nose start to dissipate.

If you want to learn more about Homeopathy and how it works, register for my upcoming class with Amy Koogler where we will dive into the history, explain how and why this modality works, and share some common remedies to keep on hand for summer.
