Please join us for a special event at District Martial Arts @districtmartialarts on Sunday, October 25th from 6 PM - 7:30 PM

Yin Yoga will be led by Christina O’Neil @stinaaa_o for the first half of the session with custom music played by Dante Baker @holisticdante throughout. The last half of the session will be an immersive sound bath led by Dante.

Sound at specific frequencies has been known to facilitate deeper meditative states and greater nervous system balance, among other benefits. Taking the time for intentional recovery is the greatest way to prevent injury and sustain optimal health.

See you on the mats!

🍂 October at Radiance is about deepening your practice while staying curious enough to explore something new.

Sometimes going deeper means studying philosophy, learning more about how your body and mind work, or committing to a longer course of study. Other times, it means moving differently, slowing down, or stepping outside your usual routine.

📚 Explore yoga philosophy at Book Club & Yoga with Hari-kirtana das as we discuss Journey into the Bhagavad-Gita, or experience rhythm, sound, and connection with world-renowned percussionist Tom Teasley.

😴 Dive into the science of better rest with our Yoga & Sleep weekend training, or return to the foundations and build confidence in our 4-Week Beginner Flow Series.

🔮 Explore compassion from a different perspective with Tarot & Yoga, or step into silence and presence on our Sunrise Silent Walk.

🌙 Connect movement with the rhythms of the season at Moon Medicine, an afternoon of astrology and yoga, then finish the month with something completely different at our Halloween Bollywood & Bhangra Fusion Pop-Up.

🧘 And for those ready to go much deeper, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins October 23, with five months to explore the philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, meditation, teaching methodology, and traditions behind the practice.

October is a month to learn, explore, and diversify your practice. Go deeper into what you already love, or make room for something you haven’t tried before.

Becoming is both an ending and a beginning.
