A glimpse into life the past few weeks. It’s been a whirlwind of immense love, celebration, grief, awe, beauty, messiness, frustration, happiness (and all the things in between too)!! Life has felt very full lately- in all kinds of ways. A little reminder that so much can exist alongside one another. 🤍 . . . . #grief #griefandloss #griefandlove #griefandhealing

Fabulous celebration for @holisticharmonies 8th birthday yesterday 🌻 Over a hundred people turned out for sunshine, good times and of course, song. Collaborating with Rachel has been a pleasure and a joy, a partnership to be proud of. She has an exuberant yet lightly worn touch, skilled at bringing people together and creating trust, understanding and, yes, harmony! Looking forward to starting our monthly Outdoor Singing sessions again next week, all dates on our website link in bio. Happy Birthday HH 🎈

Beautiful and special evening on the eclipse with @holisticharmonies 🌒 We set these dates months ago and by chance it was this night, the first complete solar eclipse since 1999. A temporary shadowing of the light, reminding us of the conflicting elements within ourselves and, oh my, of the universe. We sang songs of summer and flow and letting go, the darkness feeling mercifully far away somehow, in that moment. The final song was written by Brecht WILL THERE BE SINGING, STILL, IN THE DARK TIMES? YES, THERE WILL STILL BE SINGING, ABOUT THE DARK TIMES A song for our time, as well as his ✨ #eclipse #singingforwellbeing #natureconnection
