You’re missing out if you haven’t been to one of our community events yet!

We pulled spirit animal cards (that are insanely accurate 🤯), spent time connecting and chatting about their relevance, did a 30-min mat Pilates workout, and finished with a relaxing 30-min sound bath 🔮💪🏻🧘🏼‍♀️

Vote to let us know what day / time is best and we’ll schedule our next event based on your feedback 🙏🏻

🌺When you plant your seeds with love and care, your garden will grow.

🌺This is what the postpartum support group looks like. Sometimes it’s just us. Sometimes there is a guest speaker. It’s always a little messy and everything is done with love and care.

🌺Offering a free postpartum support group is an important priority for me. All new parents need love and care. Financial ability should never be barrier to receiving it.

🌺Thanks to my amazing guest speakers and generous support from @pilgrimageyoga I am able to sustain this free offering.

🌺The icing on the cake is our beautiful and cozy space and the connection and knowledge we share as a community.

🌺The Postpartum Support Group meets on Thursdays at 11 am, right after Baby and Me Yoga.

🌺There are 3 guest speaker spots available for my Late Winter series which starts on February 27. DM me if you are interested!

Menopause & Muscle Memory😍
Menopause is not a curse. It's a sobering reminder that mobility + core strength = real strength. Oh, It's been a hot minute since I've done the pistol squat. I'm delighted to see that after a 3 year hiatus my muscles remembered how to pull it all together. Thanks Dr. Cristina @holistichealingpt for helping me stay mobile & strong.💪🏽💕 #womensgym #northparksandiego #menopause #pilates #perimenopause

Yesterday, the Beta Nu Sigma Alumnae Chapter hosted Project Cradle Care! Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority’s Project Cradle Care is one of our essential programs designed to raise awareness of disparate and inequitable maternal and infant health outcomes Black women endure through community outreach, advocacy, education, and implicit bias training. In so doing, we aim to mitigate outcome and life-course disparities in our communities. Big Thanks to our partners, our undergraduate chapters @sgrho_sdsu @etadeltasgrho, and our Philo Affiliate program.
