Authentic Alchemy’s first MINI RETREAT 🤲🏼🌹🕯️🧘🏽‍♀️

Sunday was everything we needed to end the week and begin a new one.

I space for everyone to let their hair down, drop the masks, relax the shoulders & jaw, and simply be, exactly as they are. No stress, no judgement, no pretending.
Connection and deep reflection with likeminded women.

Me moved through a slow and intentional yoga, with our beautiful yogi @thepossible__collective

Sipped cacao and opened our hearts with @holistickd

Painted our own candles in silence with the incredible @lelas_cosmos whilst @pathofinnerlight_ took us on a deeply relaxing sound journey.
A meditative experience intertwining art with sound with no talking inbetween. Some of us even fell asleep 😴

Incredible slow cooked pulled pork and homemade coleslaw cooked WITH LOVE and the finest ingredients as always by our master chef and mama bear @sammyrebz (no pictures taken, whoops!!!)

Thank you to our incredible facilitators for holding space the way you do. We love you and appreciate you always.

But most of all, thank you to each and every one of the incredible women who showed up for themselves with honesty, bravery and curiosity. You all make this world a better place, and we are so honoured we get to witness it every time. It never fails to amaze us.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to create these much needed spaces for people to slow down in a fast paced world.

Love always,

Sammy & Kaydee x

A weekend of authenticity, slowing down, grounding, connecting & witnessing the magic that exists when women gather with open hearts. Such an incredible few days surrounded by nature & beautiful women.

I left feeling more connected to myself, my inner child & the parts of me that have been quiet for far too long. Thank you @authenticalchemyretreat for creating & holding such a sacred space where women can speak their truth. My heart is warm. Until next time. 🤍🌿

No bc this moment WAS that deep for me. After everything life has thrown at me, this was a moment where I got to choose discomfort on my own terms.

I see you. I love you. I’m sorry. I forgive you. Thank you.

Mirror work facilitated by @holistickd at our June 2026 retreat. It was an honour to watch as each woman looked into the eyes of their inner child and spoke these powerful words.

“I’ve got you”… 3 simple words that mean everything. No fixing. No judgement. No pretending. Just women holding womenthrough the tears, the shaking, the joy, the laughter, and most of all the stories we’ve kept buried. I didn’t realise how much I needed to hear it…

“I’ve got you.”

First retreat of 2026.. and it was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined.

Each retreat continues to unfold in its own unique way. Every group brings a different energy, a different story, a different kind of magic. And every time, we walk away feeling so grateful to have witnessed it.

Over the three days, we watched walls fall down, voices grow stronger, and connections form that felt deeeeep, safe, and REAL. There was laughter, tears, vulnerability, courage, and so many moments that reminded us why we do this work.

To every woman who showed up with an open heart, who allowed herself to be seen, who leaned into discomfort and chose growth, thank you. Your presence, honesty, and willingness to go inward is what makes these spaces so powerful.

We are endlessly grateful to hold this space, to witness your breakthroughs, and to be part of your journey back to yourself.

Still soaking it all in. Still feeling the magic. And already so excited for what’s to come for the rest of the year ❤️‍🩹

Big thank you to all our facilities (pictured and tagged in picture 2)
for making these retreats what they are. We’re so grateful for you all

Our first retreat date of 2026 is… April 17-19th, located in the stunning hunter valley mountains on land we have grown to love deeply 🌱

A holistic wellness reset for your mind, body and soul to help keep you feeling grounded and content throughout this year.

This retreat is a chance to slow down, reset, and feel genuinely supported.

It’s time in nature, intentional practices, and space to reconnect with yourself so you can move through the rest of the year feeling steadier and more grounded, especially as things tend to get busier and louder as the months go on.

Across these few days, you’ll be guided through yoga, sound bowl healing, meditation, cacao ceremonies, journaling, and a self love art workshop, alongside deeply nourishing meals prepared with care. Every part of the weekend is designed to support your mind, body, and soul as a whole.

This is for the women who…
✨ feel a bit disconnected from themselves and want to feel grounded again
✨have been holding a lot and need a safe place to soften and release
✨ are craving rest, depth, and time away from burn outs
✨ want to feel good in their body again, not just “get through” life day by day

You’ll leave feeling calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself. We’re not here to change you, come exactly as you are, we are here to support you enough to feel good again and carry that feeling back into your everyday life.

✨ April 17–19
🌿 Early bird available for two weeks only

You can find all the details via the link in our bio on our website.
To secure an early bird spot, send us a message or email us directly at authenticalchemy@authenticalchemyretreat.com

Last year’s retreats were truly something special. The connections, the conversations and the way the space brought everyone together meant more to us than we can explain.

Because of that, we’ve decided to return to the same beautiful accommodation for the cooler months. There’s something incredibly grounding about being in a place that already feels familiar and deeply connected. It feels right to continue creating on this sacred land we’ve fallen head over heels in love with.

This space is for any woman who feels ready to remember who she is. To slow down, honour her needs, listen to her truth, reconnect with her body and fall in love with life again in a way that feels real and sustainable.

Our retreat dates have been secured for April, and will be announced on February 1st.

If you would like VIP access and the opportunity to lock in your spot before the public release, comment or DM the word “POWER”.

We cannot wait to share what’s coming next with you 🤎🧘🏼‍♀️🍃

Gradually emerging from our bubble of joy, love and good vibes 🥰 Serving herb-infused goodness from our elixir café at @lostparadiseau felt like pure alchemy.

Deep gratitude for our team of legends who shared their light, their gifts and their dance moves 💛 You helped weave a space of connection, presence and celebration. A ritual in motion.

What a way to welcome 2026.

May this be a year where you transmute experience into
wisdom, presence into power, and intention into embodied action.

May you remember who you are beneath the noise,
move with awareness, love with devotion, and alchemise your inner world so the outer world may follow.

As above, so below. As within, so without ✨
