I’m really happy to share that I’ve officially completed my Molchanovs W1 & W2 Instructor certifications!

This has been such a meaningful journey for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way. A big thank you to everyone who supported, guided, challenged, and believed in me — I couldn’t have done it without you. 🌊💙
I’m excited to keep learning, keep improving, and now share my love for freediving with my students.

Best summer ever? ☀️🌊

In my 30+ years living in South Florida, this has honestly been one of the best summers on the water I can remember. An unusually dry year gave us some incredible visibility, calm seas, and what felt like an endless stretch of good diving days.

And we definitely took advantage of them 😆

Feeling extremely grateful looking back through these photos. For the ocean, our crew, the diving community here in South Florida, everyone who came out for a course, trip, meetup or event — and everyone who follows along and supports what @underseakeke and I have somehow turned into our actual jobs.

We had a LOT of fun this summer, but we also worked our asses off. Our Florida season is pretty short, so we essentially try to cram 12 months of work into about 8. We have two more freediving trips this weekend, and then Keke and I are off to Mexico next week.

Over the next few months we’ll be taking the show on the road through Mexico, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad & Tobago — leading retreats, diving, exploring, working on some new projects and hopefully sneaking in a little R&R somewhere in there.

We’ll be back in Florida just before Thanksgiving and home through the holidays and New Year before hitting the road again for much of January and February.

I really appreciate every one of you who follows along and supports these crazy dreams of ours. Whether you’ve taken a course with us, joined a trip, sent a friend our way, liked a post, learned something, laughed at something, or just quietly watched the chaos from your phone — thank you. ❤️

As things slow down a little, I’m hoping to have more time for the fun stuff I never seem to get to during summer. More diving, more travel, more educational content, more random projects… and probably more fish videos than anyone asked for.

Summer 2026, you were a good one. 🤙

Getting some professional development at @southfloridafreedivefest 👊

Catching up with old friends and new, freedive specific yoga every day, static workshops, dynamic drills, DNF & CNF specific practice, wrecks & reefs, playing a victim for Freedive Medicine, line diving while drifting in the open ocean, pink pineapple?!, good vibes 😎 I also taught #apneaflow , but more on that in the next one. ✨

Florida Man | Season 1, Episode 1

Featuring Farell and the barracuda.

Pure fun, good vibes, and an unforgettable day on the water. We were lucky enough to land this beautiful barracuda and share it with the boys, who were truly grateful. It ended up feeding a lot of people, which made the catch even more rewarding.

LiveFree Diving took the crew out for some freediving and spearfishing in the Bahamas for crew day and we got the ultimate welcome committee. Getting up close and personal with a hammerhead shark is a core memory unlocked, especially when the shark chose to stroll right by and check us out too 🥹🥹🥹
Capturing the beautiful moments of the day was the best feeling. Such an epic day with an epic crew! Eternally grateful for ya'll!!

POV: You finally give the crew a day off… and somehow everyone still ends up in the water. 😂🇧🇸

We took a quick day trip to the Bahamas for some spearfishing, fresh fish, and a chance to recharge before another busy stretch of the season.

Sometimes the best reset is saltwater and good friends. 🤙
