IN AWE of watching this incredible group of guitarists come together… 💗
The first week of our residency was so cool with @leonelaguitar @dmsguitar1 and @thatcherguitar!!! They premiered my trio piece and we all got to work with incredible guitarists in the Austin community on my guitar orchestra piece, Blossom! We also workshopped another piece I’m writing that involves ideas from high school students! I’m so excited to continue this project with @austinclassicalguitar and can’t wait for what’s next 🤗💗

Thank you, Kari Gilbertson! 🧡

Yesterday our UT ACDA student chapter spent the afternoon learning from a choral educator with 36 years in the classroom. Her wisdom, humor, and heart for teaching gave our future choir directors so much to carry into their own rehearsal rooms.

We’re so grateful you shared your time and expertise with us. 🤘

Countless majors. One voice. 🎶

When Stony Point asked what we study, University Treble Chorus answered all at once: engineering, nursing, business, education, and everything in between.

You don’t have to be a music major to sing at Texas 🤘 Thank you, Westlake and Stony Point, for having us!
