Shadow Monk Residence has been named a Silver Award winner at the 2026 Iconic Awards in the Modern On the Boards category for homes between 6,500 and 8,000 SF.

Sitting low against the mountain, Shadow Monk welcomes you with a simple, open approach framed by agaves, grasses, and native shrubs. Wide, shallow steps lead to glass walls with a direct view through the home to the pool and mountains beyond, while the stone walls catch shifting shadows by day and glow with soft lighting at night.

Grounded in the desert, refined through restraint.

Set against the desert landscape of Paradise Valley, this home is shaped by warmth, restraint and a strong connection to place. Earthy materials, soft wood tones and expansive glazing create interiors that shift throughout the day as the light changes.

Outside, native planting, shaded terraces and framed mountain views extend that relationship even further, creating a retreat that feels calm, grounded and deeply tied to its surroundings.

Our Hillside Residence has been named a Silver Award winner at the 2026 Iconic Awards in the Modern On the Boards category for homes over 8,500 SF.

Set into its hillside site, this residence was designed to work with the terrain, so the architecture and the landscape feel like one on the same. The scale of the home allowed for generous spaces and sweeping views, with every detail shaped around how the site rises and falls.

And that’s a wrap for our stone crew at Paloma in Scottsdale, Arizona! 👏

This stunning large-format tile, imported from overseas, has a silky finish to the touch and is just one of the many beautiful details coming together at this exceptional six-villa development.

The project is still underway, but the craftsmanship and design are already making a statement!

Proud to be part of this incredible project alongside @boltehomes, @drewettworks, and @hollywright_design_.
