When we come together, we rise together. Join us for:

Winds of Alignment: A Breathwork Ceremony
Reset for Your Mind, Body & Energy

Step into a guided experience designed to release heaviness, realign your energy, and reconnect you with the power of your breath.

We begin with optional shamanic plant offerings (Hapé & Sananga), followed by an energetic clearing to help you ground, open, and set your intention. From there, you’ll be guided through transformational breathwork—supporting the release of stored tension, calming the mind, and creating space for renewal.

The journey closes with an immersive sound experience featuring drum, chimes, and crystal bowls to support integration and restore balance.

Event Details
Date: May 3
Full Ceremony: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 2:00 – 3:00 PM: Shamanic Plant Offerings & Opening
• 3:00 – 5:00 PM: Breathwork & Sound Healing

You’re welcome to join at 3:00 PM for breathwork and sound healing only, though the full ceremony offers a deeper, more expansive shift.

Location
5257 Vineland Avenue
North Hollywood, CA 91601

Cost: $65

How to Prepare
• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours prior
• Do not wear eye makeup or contacts if receiving Sananga
• Bring a yoga mat
• Dress comfortably

Come to reset. Leave feeling clear, light, and aligned.

Can’t wait to see you all,
Love,

Joy as Activism. Harness Joy for Human Justice… Everything that made you feel like an outsider in the old world?
That was training.
This is your moment.

⚡️ To all the creatives, coaches, spiritual entrepreneurs, and HUMANS—what can you do right now?
Whatever your zone of genius is, use it.
🎸 Play your instrument at a protest.
🎤 Start a group singalong.
🎧 DJs: build a peace playlist and set up in a park.
🧘‍♀️ Somatics facilitators: offer breathwork before a march.
🎨 Artists: create inspiring live murals, chalk messages, or zines.
📸 Photographers: document the joy, the resistance, the truth.
💻 Organizers: hold space for teach-ins, share safety info, build bridges.
💃 Dancers: FLASH MOB!
🔥 BURNERS: Take you LED bike gangs and Art cars en MASS! @burningman

Joy is a radical act.
Love is a form of protest.
So is beauty. So is sound. So is dance. So is presence.

If the system thrives on chaos and fear,
we counter it with vision, creation, and coherence.

📍Share how you’re contributing below or tag someone whose genius we need in the streets, in the park, or online.

We need all of you.

⚡️Forrest Bump vs Darby: Fluff Mayhem Unleashed⚡️
Two worlds collided today: one black cloud of zoomies (Forrest Bump) and one soft-boi cannonball (Darby).
There were bumps. There were somersaults. There were zero regrets.
Certified good boys, certified bad decisions.
Who won? Honestly, gravity.
