Today I start the last 365 days of my 20s.

I realized today that I've never really introduced myself to you guys on the Instasphere. In honor of my cake day, here's 29 things about me:

1. My favorite word is "parenthetical".
2. I am the introvertiest of introverts.
3. I was born in Puyallup, WA, famous for its fair and not much else.
4. I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in photography.
5. I thought I was going to be a war photographer when I graduated.
6. My current style was/is largely influenced by photojournalists (everyone from Robert Frank to Joey L).
7. I married my red-bearded muse, @robotwrestler, in 2013 (then sans beard).
8. We moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 2015 to benefit both of our careers.
9. In 2017 we bought a bus and are working on converting it into a mobile home (follow us! @themuirbus).
10. If I could speak in only movie quotes for the rest of my life I'd be better at conversation than I am currently.
11. I hate hiking, but I love "having hiked."
12. I will climb anything for a good shot.
13. My phone now autocorrects "shot" to "shit" because it knows I like good shit.
14. I'm a really big fan of "strong" language, but I'll keep it clean around your kids.
15. I was "that horse girl" in Jr High and High School.
16. I still might be "that horse girl".
17. I firmly believe that a full conversation using only gifs is a love language.
18. 18 has always been my favorite number.
19. I have 1 tattoo - if you ask me about it make sure to specify long version or short version.
20. Sometimes my hair is blue.
21. I've been to 8 countries on 3 continents.
22. I frikin love sticky tack.
23. I love to read, but I rarely make time for it.
24. I need to shoot more film this year.
25. I need to paint more this year.
26. I'm actually doing pretty good at drinking water this year.
27. I really love Jesus and I'll talk to you about him if you let me.
28. I go to a pretty rad church, and there's always room for you if you wanna see what it's about (@hotcalaska).
29. In high school I was a part of a club of people learning to become less dependant on their right hands called "The Lefties Club For Recovering Righty Wrong Writers".
