💙💛 “Francis Rojas is a compassionate leader committed to service, faith, and family. When he told me he was going to shift his educational work to governance based on our interactions in Milpitas, I knew good things were in store for the community he loves. Thank you Francis for making the decision to run for school board. You’ll make a difference. Vote Francis Rojas!” - Chris Norwood, CA School Board Member of the Year 2020

Thank you so much, Chris Norwood, Milpitas Unified School District Board President, for your friendship, encouragement, and heartfelt endorsement of my campaign for the New Haven Unified School Board!

I am especially grateful for the opportunity we had to work together during my years as Principal of Milpitas High School. Your recognition as the 2020 California School Board Member of the Year speaks to your dedication to public education and the communities you serve. Together, we helped bring the vision of the Milpitas Innovation Campus to life and celebrated two State Football Championships! These accomplishments remind me of what is possible when school boards, educators, families, and communities work together with a shared vision for student success.

Your leadership and our collaboration helped reinforce my belief that effective school governance can make a lasting difference for students. Now, as I seek to serve on the New Haven Unified School Board in Union City, the community I have called home my entire life, I hope to bring that same spirit of collaboration, innovation, and commitment to excellence to our schools.

To all my friends in Milpitas: Please vote for Chris Norwood for School Board today!!!

To my Union City friends, neighbors, and families: Please vote for me, Dr. Francis Rojas for New Haven Unified School Board, Trustee Area 5! Help us spread the word, talk with your neighbors, and visit www.francisrojas.org to get involved.

Thank you again, Chris, for believing in me and for reminding us that great things happen when we put students first! Once a Trojan, Always a Trojan!💙💛

Community and collaboration are at the heart of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce.

We were honored to be represented as one of the sponsors last weekend in support of FOG and A4H Gala.
When we show up for one another, network, and support each other’s initiatives, we build a stronger Fremont together. 👍

From a vision to an auspicious reality! ✨ We officially cut the ribbon at Saivam with the incredible support of Milpitas City Councilmember Hon Lien. Following the ribbon cutting, we gathered to light the traditional lamp—inviting positive energy, blessings, and prosperity into our new home. This space was built with love, tradition, and a passion for pure vegetarian food. Our doors are officially open, and we cannot wait to serve our Milpitas community! 🌿❤️
Drop a 🪔 or 🎉 in the comments to show your support for our team! What dish are you trying first?

Last Saturday, our Apex Homes team was in Milpitas for the 2026 ADU PLAYBOOK: From Idea to Move-In Under $300K seminar 🙌

It was an afternoon packed with real questions from real homeowners. People who are done Googling and ready to actually make an ADU happen on their property.

Our ADU specialist Aimee Tran walked the room through what actually goes into building under $300K. Feasibility, timelines, pre-approved plans, and the real cost breakdown most builders never show you.

Milpitas Councilmember Hon Lien joined us to share how the city is supporting homeowners through incentive programs, streamlined permitting, and the resources most people don’t even know exist.

The Q&A got into what we hear every single day. Setbacks. Utility tie-ins. Financing. What actually gets approved and what doesn’t. The kind of details that decide whether a project moves or stalls.

These are the same things we walk our clients through before a single line gets drawn. Not because it’s easy, but because we’ve been doing this long enough to know where the problems hide.

Thank you to Councilmember Hon Lien, the City of Milpitas, and every homeowner who showed up ready to learn. This is how better housing gets built. One conversation at a time.

So we’re curious 👇
What’s the one question you’d ask if you were in the room?

Drop it in the comments, or reach out anytime. We’re happy to help.
