We often think a good career = a good life.

But maybe there’s another question worth asking…
Is your career giving you the LIFE you want?

Not just income.
But TIME.

Time for family.
Time to travel. ✈️
Time to take care of yourself.
Time to be there for the moments that matter.

And perhaps most importantly —
the freedom to choose how you want to live.

Sometimes we get so busy building our career that we never stop to ask ourselves:
Am I building the life I actually want?

For me, that question changed a lot.

Today, being an Excellence Lifestyle Coach is my career — one that allows me to build my income while also building the kind of life I value. ❤️

But I didn’t start because I knew this was what I wanted to do.

I simply gave myself a chance to listen and understand.
And sometimes, one decision can open up a possibility you never knew existed.

Tonight, we’re having a 1-hour Online Business Workshop to share what we do and how this business model works.

Just give yourself one hour to listen, understand, and discover a possibility you may not have considered before. ❤️

📍 NI SYNERGY Online Business Workshop
🗓 13 Oct, Tue
⏰ 8–9pm | Zoom
DM me “OBW” and I’ll send you the link.

#CorrectHealthKnowledgeSavesLives

Before flying to Shanghai, making time to prepare for our upcoming Study Group. ✈️📚

This is actually what I enjoy about being an ELC — there’s always something new to learn, and something useful to share.

Sometimes, it’s not that people don’t care about their health. They simply haven’t come across the right knowledge yet.

I’m also grateful that my husband and I share the same perspective when it comes to health.

Over the years, we’ve personally benefited from NI in looking after the health of our whole family. And because we’ve experienced the difference that correct health knowledge can make, we want to pay it forward by sharing with the people around us too.

What I learn and share through my work doesn’t just stay at work.
It becomes part of how we live, how we care for our family, and hopefully how we can help others too.

Work & Life — integrated together.

Last Study Group session of 2026.
Still learning, still sharing.

Thank you @hongyang_toh for the 鸡蛋面线💖

This afternoon, my girl asked me to sign for her WA3 result, and her Full Attendance caught my attention!

Since 2 Jan 2026 — not a single day missed. Wohoo! 🎉💪🏻

It made me realise how much these little things we do every day matter, and I have to give some credit to our Excellence Breakfast too. 🌱

It actually reminded me of my recent 30-sec BNI pitch…

There are 2 types of mothers:
Type 1:
“Girl, quickly eat! We’re going to be late!” 😵‍💫

Type 2:
5 minutes more sleep for the kids,
a peaceful breakfast,
and mummy gets to enjoy a few sips before heading out. ☕️😌

I’m very thankful I’ve been Type 2 since Day 1 of my girls starting school. 😊

She gets her 5 minutes more sleep. 😴
I get to save my dignity — no need to shout “QUICK QUICK QUICK!” 😂

Thank you Dr Chen for giving us NI food that makes our mornings so much easier. ❤️

Peaceful mornings, healthy habits, happy mummy & daughter. 🌱💕

Happy Birthday my dear❤️

The more we journey through life together, the more I realise that a good marriage isn’t about being perfect. It’s about two people who are willing to commit, to grow, and to keep moving in the same direction.

I’m grateful that we share the same values and a common mission — to build a healthier, wealthier and happier life for our family, and to pass the right attitude and values on to our girls.

Perhaps one of the scariest things in a marriage is not having a common mission. Because when two people stop walking towards the same destination, it’s easy to slowly grow apart.

Thank you for journeying with me, growing with me, and building this life together.

Happy Birthday to my partner in life, growth and our shared mission. ❤️
