Can’t coach what you can’t do 🎲

- eye discipline terrible
- pad level too high
- lazy stance

Even the trainer had to get coached by the film. Accountability over ego.

🚨ATHLETES LISTEN UP🚨

Every elite athlete can sprint. Very few can accelerate under load, slam on the brakes, and explode again without losing their power.

Loaded acceleration teaches my athletes to produce force into the ground when fatigue, resistance, and game pressure are highest. That’s where their first step explosiveness is built not just their speed.

I’m a firm believer and have proven success that understanding change of pace is what separates good athletes from game changers. Defenders don’t get beat by top speed, they get beat by an athlete who can manipulate rhythm, decelerate with control, then re accelerate in a split second.

Acceleration might win the race. Deceleration controls the moment. Change of pace creates the separation. Control the narrative.

I train their nervous system to own all three, and create elite athletes who don’t just move faster they move smarter.
