I HAD TO PRAY OVER THE GROUND FIRST. 🙏🏾💚💜

Today I walked the park, prayed, and anointed the grounds with oil.

Before people arrive…
Before the music starts…
Before we take one step…
PRAYER went before us.

I prayed for protection, safety, peace, healing, unity, and for God to cover EVERY person connected to our 5th Annual Mental Health Walk.

5 YEARS.
5 YEARS OF PURPOSE.
5 YEARS OF COMMUNITY.
5 YEARS OF SPEAKING UP, HEALING & THRIVING.

Now I’m asking my prayer warriors to stand in agreement with me. 🙏🏾

If you’re praying with us for a safe, powerful, peaceful, and life-changing day, DROP 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 BELOW!

UNITY IS COMMUNITY. 💚💜
5 YEARS STRONG!

Morning routine is how we build the foundation for our mind, body, and spirit. This routine maintains hormone balance, cortisol levels, spiritual firmness, & mental stability. #health #healing

Your body is working all night while you sleep, and by morning, you’re naturally dehydrated. I start with warm water, Keylime, and Celtic salt to replenish minerals, support electrolytes, help with bloating, and gently wake up digestion. 🍋‍🟩

Whatever higher purpose you serve … God, source, spirit, your ancestors, your highest self.. devote/meditate FIRST. Before I give my energy to the world, I sit, pray, meditate, and remember what I’m here for. This gives your day direction. 👩‍🦯‍➡️

Athena obviously didn’t get the memo that this was a candid photo 🫩🤭

Movement is one of my non-negotiables, but as a woman, it does not look the same every day. Depending on where I am in my cycle, this may be running, rebounding, stretching, walking, or something gentler. The point is to support hormone balance, burn visceral fat, regulate cortisol, & wake up circulation & the lymphatic system. 💞

Even if I’m staying home, I get myself ready. When I look cared for, I feel more present, more feminine, and more available to show up for my day. 🔥😝

A lot of people dismiss holistic healing…

But they’ve never actually tried it.

Do your research.
Or just change one thing in your lifestyle…

and watch what happens.

That heavy, sleepy feeling after you eat…

Most people think it’s normal.

It’s not.

Your body is reacting to what you just put in it.

And it’s trying to recover.

She says it’s not just one thing…

It’s a buildup.

Stress.
Hormones.
Lifestyle.

And not having the right information.

This is affecting so many women… and nobody’s really talking about it.

When she went to a holistic practitioner…

The questions were different.

Not just “what’s wrong?”

But—
What are you eating?
How are you sleeping?
What’s your lifestyle like?

That’s when it clicked.
