Some small snippets of the wonderful weekend with the most amazing bunch of humans, cows, sheeps and some deers.
.
It was a tough process mentally for me to come to this day. With me mentally not doing great at all, giving up each day. Fighting the battles everyday. But in times like this- I found the support and help from a lot of you. So thank you for showing me each day that everything is possible if I want it to happen. That I am strong and life can happen.
In moments like this you find the gratitude, courage and extreme strength.
.
@e_luria thank you for capturing these moments :)

No one is suggesting you like, want, or support whatever it is that you're accepting. But by struggling against the pain—by resisting and rejecting it—we create undue suffering. It doesn't mean that you've chosen or endorse what you're accepting. Rather, you're choosing to allow it to be there when you can't change it in that moment. To make space for it. To give yourself permission to be as you are, feel what you feel, or have experienced what you've experienced without creating shame.

Practicing acceptance does not necessarily mean you won't be able to make a change. You can accept your body and still change it, accept your emotions and acknowledge their impermanence, and accept your behavior one day when you might change it tomorrow.

A big thank you for sharing your practice with me last Sunday at Yoga to Doom while the sun was burning outside!
I enjoyed your energy at the shala and your company afterwards at sunset on the terrace by the water and while dinner.

Don’t forget to take care of your inner fire and keep it lit!
And as we create community, we shall come together soon again.
❤️‍🔥

Spent some really quality time surrounded by nature, yoga and beautiful beautiful souls 🤍🌿
This weekend was truly inspiring and I have learnt so much new I want to apply to my existence. Besides that it was so satisfying to get out of town and hurry life and stop to get know myself a bit more.
Cant thank enough to mama Noema @noemakali_ and Dario @hooksplinters for all the love, care and energy they give us. I love you guys 🤍 My universe is balanced! #grateful
