You know how I know my work is working??

It’s not because I lost 120lbs naturally. It’s not because I’m 5’11, 182lbs, thick thighs, loose skin and I’m training for a half marathon in 7 weeks.

It’s because my clients stop talking like dieters.

My client came to me eating “health”, we’re talking salads, saying “no junk” and not seeing progress.

Now she’s eating ~2200, living in maintenance, and finally understands her body after 38 years💥

She stopped dieting like it’s 2010.

That’s how I know it’s working.

I don’t coach you to be smaller. I coach millennial women to be strong-ass grandmas who can run, lift, hike, and eat the carbs.

If you’re done starting over every Monday, my September 1:1 spots are open. 3 spots.

Save this for the day you feel like diet culture is loud.

Share this with your friend who keeps saying “I was bad this weekend”

Comment STRONG and I’ll send you the application.

Within Katie’s first quarter in WWBA she nearly doubled her revenue

But her wins in WWBA are so much more than revenue growth 👀

The League is a place of community, where women truly see each other and call each other forward, where everyone is raising their standards and supporting each other along the way

This is a mastermind where we actually collaborate so we can all win

And Katie’s time in WWBA is such a perfect example of this

It hasn’t been a competition to get to the top, it’s been collaboration, support, and genuine connection

This room is a damn special one to be in

Comment LEAGUE to boom a call with our team

This is for the women who are building legacies

One of my favorite seasons to walk alongside moms is that 1–6 month postpartum window because I remember it so clearly.

Wondering…
“If I can’t get all 3 workouts in, does this one even matter?”
“Will life ever feel routine again?”
“Will this space that I love ever feel joyful again?”

And here’s what I wish more moms knew:

Your daily decisions compound.

The 10-minute walk.
The quick workout during nap time.
The choice to keep showing up, even imperfectly.

Those small choices matter more than you think because they’re shaping who you’ll be a year from now.

Your body doesn’t need perfection right now.
It needs grace-filled consistency.

The process may not look pretty or predictable for a season…and that’s okay. Keep showing up anyway. 🤍

when julia came to us she was making around 3-4k a month

now, she just had a $19,000 month 🤪

and no, there was no crazy launch, no viral post, no chasing trends 24/7

we worked on:

💅🏼 shifting her energy + the room she was building in
💅🏼 becoming the version of herself her business was waiting on
💅🏼 building something she’s actually obsessed to show up for

before wwba she was stuck in the inconsistency loop (7k one month, back down to 2-3k the next) doing all the “right” things and watching nothing convert.

inside wwba she got surrounded by powerful women who pushed her into the version of herself she already knew she was capable of.

now:

✅ consistent 10-13k months
✅ a recent 19k month
✅ a business she’s wildly obsessed with!! far beyond the revenue targets

wwba is built for women who know they’re meant for more and are ready to be in the room that makes it inevitable.

if that’s you

How Megan went from $10K in her first month inside WWBA to now having a team and scaling

She’d already invested in another program before this one and she came in excited.

She found our free resources and saw an instant shift, her messaging got sharper, her inbound leads picked up, and for the first time she was actually speaking to the person she wanted to work with.

So she joined WWBA and 30 days later hit her first $10K month.

At our retreat she told us: “I’ve always been a member of a team. I wanted that environment again, but different, not a team but a sisterhood.”

The League is where this happens!!

Strategy, mentorship, and a room of women actually building something.

Comment ICON and we’ll send you the details to join (prices go up the 15th 👀)

Due season doesn’t come on your timeline.

And that is THE hardest part of healing.

Because you did everything right this week. You took your supplements, you ate the food, you went to bed on time. You said no to the things that drain you.

And you still woke up exhausted. Still bloated… still not feeling like yourself.

And the enemy of your healing whispers.. “It’s not working. Nothing works. Just give up.”

But Galatians doesn’t say reap immediately.
It says due season.

Healing has a season. Your hormones have a season. Your gut has a season. Your minerals have a season.

And none of them move on your schedule.
But they DO move.

The woman who keeps showing up, who doesn’t quit when the progress is invisible, she’s the one who wakes up one day and realizes everything shifted.

Not because she found the perfect protocol.
Because she didn’t give up. 🌿

Keep going. Your due season is coming.

Maybe I’ve got you wondering what the heck do I mean?

I’m no hormone specialist by any means, I just speak from my own experience of

Using trial and error to figure at which body fat can I maintain a regular cycle

Not getting so lean that it stops

But also not gaining too much weight where my PMS symptoms start to get out of control/balance

I have almost found my sweet spot 🙌

And here’s how to find yours:
Ask yourself:
•Are you hitting just your baseline health markers? Get bloodwork for this
•And are you hitting baseline healthy habits daily? Sleep, stress, protein, fiber etc

Once you are in rhythm with those two then ask yourself:
•Am I building my bones?
•Am I strength training effectively?

Once you nail those two, you’ll eliminate most of your PMS symptoms (in my experience) if there’s still something off

See a hormone specialist
I recommend @hormone_sav
She’s great and looks deeply into more of your hormone markers to see what’s up 🤷‍♀️

The biggest question I ask myself often is:

Am I one step closer to looking & feeling my best with this choice or does it take me a step away?

With that grounded mentality, you’re able to come to a happy medium with chiseling your best physique but also maintain your period, how you feel, how much energy you have, etc 🙌

If you’d like help with a training and nutrition overhaul and transformation, that’s where my Marble Transformation program comes into play.

Shoot me a dm to learn more 🙌

It just what we do 🪴💅🏼💪🏼

Three moms. Three stories. 1-1 coaching. Customized programs. And showing up where they signed up.

Motherhood doesn’t have to feel this way, friend. that story you’re telling yourself? It’s a lie. Message me if you’re ready to rewrite it. 🤍

Your nervous system doesn’t need more biohacks.
It needs less noiiiiiiiise sister ‼️‼️

You can do the red light therapy.
The cold plunges.
The vagus nerve exercises.
The supplements.
The morning routines.

Most of these are great! Buuut…

if you’re constantly switching protocols,

overwhelming yourself with “things you should be doing,” or buying because that influencer said so,

not eating enough,

not sleeping enough,

and running on caffeine and stress…

none of it matters! Like none.

Your nervous system isn’t confused because you’re missing a hack. It’s overwhelmed because you’re missing consistency and deep support.

Eat real food.
Drink water.
Sleep.
Move your body.
Get sunlight.
Repeat.

The basics and foundations are a BIG push over here at Rooted. Why? Because it’s science. It WORKS. All the other things are just a plus - a bonus if you will. Hammer down the foundations first and your nervous system will say thank youuuuuuuu.
