POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Morning workout with my besties, @hotelevation followed by sunrise at The Hook. 💪🌅 One amigo prefers to stay behind the scenes, but all three of us were there making memories! 😂💕 Love our little trio and all the fun we have together.

Moments like these are why we love living here. Ocean air, a beautiful sunrise, and the best company. 🩷🌊

Where’s your favorite spot to catch the sunrise? 👇

A weekend full of heat, movement, love, and good company.

Not much rest. Somehow, still restored ❤️

Make time for the things that bring you back to yourself. 🤍

Yoga has always been one of those things for me. The heat, the breath, the movement, the music, the challenge and it forces me to get out of my head and fully into my body.

There’s something about walking into a hot yoga class carrying the weight of the day and walking out feeling lighter, clearer, and a little more like myself again.

Not every workout has to be about changing your body. Sometimes it’s just about coming home to it.

And thank you to @yoga.withrobin for leading this amazing flow🫶🏽

Did I feeeeel like it? Nope. Not one bit. I was tired. But I’d also started to nurture some feels that were not going to serve me. So I took the words I said in session today and did the thing: “sometimes we gotta make the choice and the good feelings will follow.”
