OUR GUY IS 5! ✋🏻

A whole hand! I can’t believe it! My first baby, the one who made me a mom on a Monday afternoon 5 years ago 🥹😭❤️ It was such a big year; he learned to ride his bike, how to swim, and how to to do the monkey bars💪🏻😤 He is the best big brother, and has made some amazing friends 🥰🤍 I can’t wait to see all he does, and we are so lucky to be his parents!! WE LOVE YOU WARREN!!😍

Consistency doesn’t mean you always feel like doing it. It means you show up anyway. 💪

I may not always enjoy the workout itself 😂, but I love the community, the motivation, and having people around me who cheer each other on.

I try to stay committed to my workout schedule because I know that little choices, repeated consistently, are what create the biggest changes.

Show up. Do the work. Cheer each other on. Repeat. ❤️
