POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Just a year ago this month I was in bands struggling to do a muscle-up.
Fast forward. I was able to complete 69 muscle-ups in one session taking a total of two hours.
The goal was 100, I really push myself
Just goes to show if you stay consistent you can achieve anything.
I’ll post the other parts in a separate video.

The video is jokes… but this part is serious. 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾

What the Huddsthenics community at Greenhead Park is building is bigger than pull-ups and calisthenics. It’s about getting people outdoors, moving, connecting and making use of our public spaces.

They’re also raising awareness around improving the outdoor training facilities at Greenhead Park. If you train there, live locally, or simply believe accessible outdoor exercise matters, have a look at their page and read the Kirklees petition for yourself.

Movement should be accessible to everyone.
Community makes it stronger. 🌱🙏🏽❤️

🚨 Update on the Greenhead Park outdoor gym petition 🚨
Local councillors have now reached out to discuss the petition and ideas for improving the outdoor gym. This is a positive step, but we still need as much community support as possible.
The video shows older footage of equipment that the local calisthenics community had to use for a long time. That bar has now been removed, but it highlights why Greenhead Park needs a safe, modern and properly maintained outdoor gym for everyone.
If you use the park, live locally or support free fitness facilities, please sign and share the petition
