I want to fill you in on what the women of Ayrie have just completed! 🥳 ✨

Our “Higher Standards Challenge” was in full flow the last 5 weeks.

Over 50 women around the world rose to the occasion of improving their personal standards before Christmas and the New Year came ‘round. 👏

You see, many of us can fall into this “all or nothing” attitude when it comes to our well-being and mindset, especially this time of year.

“Era fuck it, I’ll wait till the new year.”

“There’s no point in doing anything now until Jan.”

But these ladies have just proven that there’s never a wrong time to practice self care or self improvement. ☝️

They committed to good habits like

✔️ Training 3 times a week & daily fresh air on the feet.

✔️ Being mindful of making better food choices and practicing our 80/20 approach- “the little bit of what you fancy” as we like to call it.

✔️ Turning the phone off by 9:30pm to give our poor eyes & brain a break, ensuring better quality sleep and energy.

Amoungst other metrics that would best serve each individual. 🙂

My favourite part of the whole thing has been seeing the connections & friendships built in the groups over the last few weeks. 👭

It’s rare to find a group of women that are so encouraging, supportive and genuine towards one another.

In fact, it’s something all of us are really proud of. 🥰🏆

A special shout out to our award winners this year round, @rodriguessthalita @macgiollabhridee @humanevelyn @jacque1inehea1y and all of their team mates in the challenge.

We’re finishing 2022 strong here in Ayrie and we’re excited to build on the amazing work we’ve done heading into 2023.

YEAH THE GIRLS! 🔥❤️ #weareayrie #higherstandardschallenge
