Many of you asked ..

“What does the class involve?”

So here’s a quick look at our class in action — 3 hours summarised in 80 seconds! Hopefully this gives you a better picture of what this extraordinary baking and dining experience looks like! 🍕🥂

In case you still crave for more info:

* Lunch sessions (both weekdays & weekends)
* Duration - approx. 3hours
* 2 pax, adults only

Typical flow:

1. Welcome & intro — WALA & my pizza journey
2. Dough Basics & Demo — what’s Canotto style, walk through fermentation process, dough handling
3. Hands-On Stretching — this is where the magic happens!!
4. Topping — I will bring you through pairing philosophy before moving onto topping selection & assembly.
5. Baking & Oven Demo — fire up the oven, explain temperature management. Time to bake some pizzas and watch your creation come to life.
6. Eat & Enjoy — Fresh out of the oven. Pizza with a drink (on the house). This is the payoff moment! I will share further insights on dough texture, and what makes a great bite.
7. Celebration — birthdays or special occasions
8. Wrap Up — Q&A, group photo, pack takeaway if any

What else is included?

* Extra doughs for practice
* Topping ingredients and baking equipment (feel free to bring your own secret ingredients if you would like)
* Photo/video documentation during the session (with your permission), which I’ll share with you afterwards if you like, for memory keeping
* For birthdays: we’ll wrap up with a candle on homemade gelato (or equivalent dessert) to celebrate! You can bring your own cake too if you want 🎂
* 2 complimentary drinks per booking
