Yesterday, our endurance group was fortunate to have Sport Dietician - Heather Hynes - lead the group through a practical nutrition session during a practice. Focusing on fuelling during a workout session, this performance education session is an annual part of our athlete education framework for our student athletes. Thanks Heather!

Best wishes and safe travels to Huskie TFCC Lead Endurance Coach, Jamie Epp, as he heads to Copenhagen, Denmark for the World Athletics Road Running Championships (Mile, 5km, & 1/2 marathon) September 19-20!

While this is Coach Epp’s first national team assignment as a coach, he is no stranger to Canadian national teams having been an athlete on five international competitions during his athletic career.

Best of luck to Coach Epp and Team Canada! 🇨🇦

We’re in good hands over here.

Team performed great at USPORTS Nationals in Sherbrooke. Sad to say xc is over for another year (but looking forward to the track season) But coming home with lots of memories and 2 national award nominees and 1 national award winner (@alex.web_ with the national community service award).
