JUST SOLD

We sold the view. Now we get to watch the dream take shape. 🏡❤️

This beautiful piece of Crescent Hill has finally found its people! Ten acres of woods, trails, and those big, heart-opening Catskill views that never get old.

And here’s where it gets REALLY fun. The new owners will be building their Catskill home with @hutsnyc , whose work we love. They’re also building another home just up the road, so we’re especially excited to see how both projects evolve. Great design coming to our little mountain! 🌲✨

And the best part? These lovely buyers are going to be my neighbors. Welcome to Crescent Hill! ❤️

A shout-out to Sarah Broach for a great collaboration, and to our own Josh Slater for sticking with this one.

Stay tuned. This is one Catskill dream we’ll get to watch come to life. Here’s to good neighbors, great design, and the next chapter for this beautiful piece of the Catskills. 🥂🌲

"It's hard to picture."

That's the honest version of every site walk I've ever been on, from both sides of the table. I spent years as a commercial banker listening to people describe things that didn't exist yet. Now I'm the one doing the describing.

This is the entrance. Today it's overgrown. By summer of 2027 it's how guests arrive, the ones staying in the cabins up the hill and the ones coming for events.

The pond at the end is already there. That part I don't have to ask you to imagine.

If you're following along and want a closer look at what we're building, feel free to reach out.

Traveling to an island for work is always welcome, especially an island off the new england coast. Thank you to @hutsnyc for having me and to the wonderful homeowner as well.

Bold and contrasting is the order of the day up on our bit of Butler Mountain. The floors are in progress and will be a medium walnut, providing even more drama. #ashevilleinteriordesign #trukscaplily #wingstem #joepieweed

From footings to finish. 🏡

Back in September, this project was nothing more than freshly poured footings and a vision. Today, it’s a beautiful custom home ready for its next chapter.

Every stage of this build reflects the hard work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail our Shoreline Management team brings to every project. Watching a home take shape from the ground up never gets old.

A huge thank you to our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and everyone who helped bring this one to life.

If you’re thinking about building on Martha’s Vineyard, we’d love to help turn your ideas into reality.

Built from the ground up by Shoreline Management.

Tile installation is nearly done. I blew my budget on the thin brick from @cletile in these picts, so I went with a simple white mosaic from Lowe’s on the kitchen walls. Turned out better than I expected. I ❤️ the subtle texture and the way it catches the light.
