This last week has been an absolute trip 🚀 🤯 🙌

Feeling beyond blessed for being pulled into a new level.

Opportunities that I asked the universe for years ago and many of them came to fruition this past week 🙏

So grateful for all the times I stayed focused and said “no” instead of “yes”. And just as grateful for the times I said “F$&k YES” instead of potentially bowing out due to feeling “not ready” or “waiting for the right time”.

Life is beautiful when we take the leap. When you trust yourself and your intuition. Even when the future, or the exact actions steps are not clear, just go for it. The worst that can happen is you learn.

The universe will support you when you really start stepping into your true gifts and lean into bringing the most authentic version of yourself into the light 🌅

Still integrating so much from this past week and I will be for weeks to come. An old version of me would say that I’ve accomplished what I set out to do and it’s time to rest. But the truth is the work starts tomorrow. Tomorrow is day 1. I’ve unlocked a new level and excited as hell to see what’s next 🎉

So much love and gratitude for the whole team at @owakenbreathwork for putting on such an incredible event. @hxdream , @helle_weston & @lukismac for putting your trust in me and all the training and guidance over the last year. Shoutout @earthcentred as well for the support 💪

All of the incredible other facilitators that I had the honor of going into this amazing portal with I appreciate each and everyone one of you deeply @marktoner55 @healwithleah @aubrey.morgan.yee @inhancebreathwork @summer.valentino @niki_morgan @claire.ollila @crystal.codes @zenhealthwarrior @breathingmywayhome

@trevorturnbull for the incredible support and coming to the event brother so amazing to have you there. @joefier so excites to work closer this year brother and bring more magic to the world 🤙

Sending love to everyone else on your journey today wherever you’re at ❤️

This past weekend was pure magic! I was honored to get to spend a few days with the Owaken family to co-facilitate breathwork for some amazing humans in Los Angeles. So much care, love, devotion, and positive energy went into preparing for this 4 hour journey. We put our collective hearts and souls all into this space of healing to truly create a portal to a higher dimension. Helping humans align to see that they are their own healers. We provided the guidance, the set and setting but everyone that stepped foot into that space did so for there highest and best good. What a proclamation of self love! To go into a group and give yourself permission to release, to go deep into oneself. Honoring each and everyone of you!

For me this journey was deeply profound, I felt connected to a higher frequency, a connection to source. I looked around me and was surrounded by 14 spiritual wizards and angels all having different skillsets and passions that made our team so freaking powerful. Was such a honor serving along side of you. Each of you makes me want to be better, you make me want to be just as bad ass as you are! Thank you for inspiring me.

To our mentors, @helle_weston @lukismac words cannot express my gratitude! You both show up with such powerful presences and dedication to this work, your love for what you do is absolutely contagious. You are the definition of embodiment, walking your walk. Thank you for bringing me along on this journey with @owakenbreathwork it’s been some of the profound moments of my life.

I can’t wait for more!

As I replay the @owakenbreathwork ceremony back in my mind it almost feels like it was a dream.

I was being guided that day. By the universe, by spirit, my body knew exactly what to do. Who to approach, where to put my hands. When to cry or scream.

Each person, a different story. Different pain. Different paths.

And then me. With my unique signature of all I have gone through in the past, placing me exactly where I needed to be in each moment.

I saw myself from a birds eye view. Watching over the room. Feeling all the energy running through my cells.

I cannot explain what happened in that room that day. But at the same time it makes more sense than anything I've ever done before.

Until the next one ✨

D E E P C R E E K || finally made the long trek in. This little oasis provided the perfect space to unwind, even if only for a couple of hours. Not to mention the 106° #hotspring waters felt fantastic on my stupid back. @hxdream thank you for today, I needed it ♥️

Are you tired of those huge classes at the UNLH? Do you want to really get to know your professor? Well study abroad is a great way to be in a small classroom that is in the place you're studying. Professor Santiago's office hours are in Panama's jungle this summer! 😜🌴🏫 #UCRSSA #ucrssa2015
