From Baltimore, With Love 🧡 📍Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Level 3, Gate 348 @orioles

Honored to have contributed a mural in collaboration with @zehpalito to Birdland Murals this summer 🧡 This project was really special to work on, considering the long history of love and support my family has for the o’s :) When I think of Camden Yards, I think of my family and growing up here. This mural’s intention was about cherishing the times people spend together watching o’s games, along with motif’s of Maryland, Baltimore Black Sox history, and the stadium that’s home to a lot of memories for all o’s fans.

Thank you to @pncbank for the support, @gaiastreetart for making this project happen, @colocha.runs for modeling, the assistant crew @dab.slabbath @r_chel_r_sk @flynnkinshaw_art @kidballoon , @strikeanrv for documenting, @hyanraines for photographing, and the team at Camden yards

See you next season! 🧡

Rolled my ankle at mile 3 and basically ran the rest of the race on 1 1/2 feet.
Still followed the plan.
Still got the job done.
Still PR’d.
Finished with a lot of left in the tank.
This is only a sample of what’s to come. Stay tuned.
Shoutout to my coach @ashleyjoywoods and the home team @atribecalledrun.

It’s been hot in Baltimore for what feels like forever, and the forecast says ‘more of the same’ for weeks to come. Cool cool cool. We haven’t forgotten how brutally cold it was last winter (and will be again before we know it) so we’ve spent the summer trying to make running in this soup actually enjoyable. We tried it all: ice bandanas, painfully expensive sweat-wicking fabrics, and landed somewhere we didn’t expect. Wool. Smartwool, to be exact. Our guy Ryan has used their Active collection for some of the sweatiest miles of the summer, head to toe. Hit that link in our bio for the full breakdown.

I was blessed with an opportunity to fly out to Flagstaff, Arizona to run with @diadora and test out their new shoes, the Corsa’s. Not to mention, this was my first time really ever running. I learned a lot about the sport and how much technology goes into running shoes. Thank you @diadoralifestyle. Should I become a runner now? 🏃🏻‍♂️

Traded the Maryland humidity for Arizona elevation last week with @diadora while putting their new daily trainer the Corsa to the test. Running has a way of bringing quality people together, and this trip was no exception. It was a genuine blast getting to connect with high level athletes, fellow content creators and Diadora executives while talking all things running, shoes, and the future of the sport.

Big thank you to @trappephoto for the photos 📸

Disclosures: Trip and gear was provided by Diadora. However there was no posting requirements and no one had a chance to review this post or any other material about the Corsa.

Arizona is definitely an underrated state. There’s just so much to do here from hiking, rock climbing, and running. I finally got to check off seeing the Horseshoe Bend on my bucket list. I appreciated Flagstaff more than I thought I would. I’ll be back and stay tuned for that @diadora Pop Up video! 🤞🏼
