The sacred pleasure of being a woman 🔥

Let’s be honest… we were under some kind of spell for many years. They had a plan: We were never meant to feel this good.

We were taught to be good girls. Busy. Small. Always fixing ourselves, always chasing the next thing, always too distracted to notice the power sitting in our own bodies. That wasn’t an accident. It was a game, and it worked. For a long time.

Not anymore.

I’ve watched women break open on the dance floor, in the jungle, in front of the fire. They shake, they cry, they laugh, they roar. And every time, the same truth surfaces: it was all an illusion. Pleasure was never something to earn. It’s your birthright. Your body isn’t the problem. It’s the way home.

This is what we do at Kama of Kali. We move it, breathe it, feel it, and let the old story burn. 🔥

The spell is broken. We’re not going back to sleep.

a lil glimpse into our creative gathering ✨
•
i had the pleasure of leading my first workshop at @heartspaceobx this past weekend & it was delightful! ☺️
•
we began with some breath & movement, creating space in our bods & minds to get the creative juices flowin’. then, shifted gears into making one-of-a-kind fabric charm necklaces 📿
•
the gals were invited to move, breathe, play, experiment, & express themselves. i am convinced that when women come together in this way, magic happens. it feels sacred. it feels familiar. it feels freeing.
•
grateful to create space for others to slow down, savor, reconnect, & remember that there’s no “right” way to create 🌀

my kind of magic: muses, earth angels, fairies & goddesses. ✨

This special week together feels like a life-changing gift, one I would choose over and over again.

There are no words that could truly explain what this “retreat” really is. I could keep sharing it here on Instagram, but really… nothing does it justice quite like experiencing it for yourself.

So this is an invitation to you: gift yourself the best week of your life. 🌹

Sisterhood medicine for a healthier, happier, lighter life : where pleasure becomes a lifestyle, and we remember that we deserve to feel this good. ✨

2027:
Costa Rica 🇨🇷 & Greece 🇬🇷
Are you ready? 🌹

What a beautiful night celebrating the full moon through breath, movement, community and sound. People often ask me what LeeAnn and my Flow into Sound classes are like and it is hard to explain without showing you. We typically never have pictures or videos because these experiences are very personal and we don’t want to intrude on the space. We were happy our friend Hadley was able to grab some beautiful videos without taking away from the experience of the collective. Would love for you to join us next time…. #raleighyoga #raleigh #jenfisheryoga #downtownraleigh #yogaraleigh
