POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We flew to Vegas for Hyrox. Doubles open for @tinkyg.2 & @monicharli and singles pro for me. Somewhere on the way we decided to sign up for a relay as well with @rkrly joining our team to make it 4.

I am so proud of these girls. And especially @rkrly, who somehow dug deep and delivered without preparation. We supported each other and fought hard. That’s team spirit.

So grateful for this crew. What a weekend. 💥✨

The Box Games
Workout 4
🆃🆁🅸🅿🅻🅴 3

The final showdown of The Box Games 2024 had the athletes back in the Box to complete basics & a complex!

With no 1 rep max featuring this year at the Games, this was the opportunity for Those competent with them heavier weights to come to the fore!

As with every complex there’s a make or break point and for each athlete.

This workout definitely 🔥 up the box as athletes pushed limits here right to the very end.

While I do LOVE solo travel, shared moments like this are priceless. Thank you Barbra, Rebecca, & Laurent for showing me Budapest through your eyes.

The world’s so small - I met this crew as customers a year ago at the coffeehouse - a year later, I planned my trip without confirming my dates with them and they all just happened to be home in Hungary at the same time. Perfect timing!
