Really light run to get back into it after quite a long break. Did I wish I could do a lot better? Yes, but that's wasn't the point of this session so I kinda just shut my brain off from trying to go faster and took a decent stride least for my usual so don't compare to your own! I don't run very well so when I have to take longer breaks I really take my time easing back into it. Good to jump back into the normal routine again though! ⚔️ Compromised Sprint Intervals ⚔️ Vest Weight: 20lbs Vest Info: @hyperwear PRO 🐉 Are you getting your workout in today? 🐉 💀 Workout Info 💀 @assaultfitness - 20/10 interval training 💀 Weightloss Progress 💀 -59lbs #womenwholift #dailyworkout #cardioworkout #momswholift #homeworkouts

This is a @hyperwear weighted vest that I have loved wearing because it’s not bulky in weird spots and fits under all my clothing without being noticeable. I have been doing all the yard chores with a weighted vest for a while now and lately things have been getting a little snug around here, for obvious reasons! 😆 So I had to attach the expander zipper I had that was made by a local seamstress in town. Now I can still wear my vest with the baby bump included. Magical! 🤰🏽 But I might need to have another one made in a couple months 🤣 #weightedvest #weightedvesttraining #pregnancyfitness #farmchores #functionalfitness #mooseberryhomestead

The RPC “PM” KRÜ rolled in like caffeine on a Monday—fast, loud, and impossible to ignore. They didn’t just do the workout… they bullied it into submission. Dumbbells feared ‘em, sweat respected ‘em, and the concrete field is still trying to recover from the power they unleashed. RPC “PM” KRÜ: where reps go to cry and legends are casually made.

Remembering the fallen today as we said a prayer before running in the annual Murph challenge. We are all so blessed to be here. 🇺🇸 Countless men and women have paid the ultimate sacrifice for us to have unlimited freedom and choice in this country. There's not enough "thank yous" to ever show enough gratitude. I think the best way to show appreciation is to simply strive to be the best American you can be. Recognize when to stand up, when to fall back. Know when to listen, when lend a helping hand. Know when to follow, and when to lead. Recognize when to fight, and when to spread love and peace. #redwhiteblue #MURPHCHALLENGE #TAKETHECHALLENGE #CHALLENGEACCEPTED #MORETHANAWORKOUT #running #america #murph #remember
