❤️👶 UNE PETITE NOUVELLE À VOUS ANNONCER… 👶❤️

On a longtemps hésité avant de vous en parler… mais aujourd’hui, on est prêt à partager cette nouvelle avec vous 🥹❤️

Un nouveau projet à deux, une nouvelle aventure, beaucoup d’amour… et quelques mois de préparation devant nous🫶

Bon… il paraît que les nuits seront courtes,
Qu’on va beaucoup transpirer et
que ça risque de nous faire mal aux jambes… 😂

Mais on est prêt pour la grande aventure 🤗

Rendez-vous en février à TOULOUSE 🇫🇷 pour notre premier… HYROX DOUBLE MIXTE ! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🔥

Pas de bébé prévu (on a déjà donné 🤣), mais 8 km de course, 8 stations et probablement quelques envies de meurtre au passage💀😂

🇪🇸 HYROX VALENCIA — Bien plus qu’un chrono💪

Une course intense, des imprévus, de la frustration… mais surtout la fierté de ne rien lâcher jusqu’au bout 🔥

Tout avait commencé dans la confusion avec les échanges de handicap avec @e.d.s.ther 😅 Double championne du monde dans sa catégorie.

Quelques erreurs de couloirs et de matériel m’ont coûté de précieuses secondes. Des détails qui changent beaucoup de choses, mais qui font aussi partie de l’expérience.

Depuis mes débuts en HYROX, le chemin parcouru me rappelle pourquoi je me bats : repousser mes limites, progresser et faire avancer la place du sport adaptatif.

Être un athlète sourd, c’est aussi se faire une place et montrer que la différence n’est pas une limite.#

Je repars avec des leçons, de la motivation et une seule envie : revenir plus fort ❤️

Bravo à @mirkosnow pour ce nouveau podium ainsi qu’à @fisiosjurado qui m’a donné des sueurs jusqu’à la dernière seconde 😰🔥

Le chrono descend, mais la détermination compte encore plus. On continue ! 🚀

WHAT A SEASON OPENER! 🤩

HYROX Bordeaux - 1:11:01 and 1st 🥇

Goal was simple: open the season to test what we worked on during the off season. And OMG the body & mind delivered.

Time wasn’t the objective (although a cheeky 4’ PB on my Worlds time!).

We wanted easy things:
- mental resilience was on point. No walking, run from each stations ✅
- ability to follow a plan. Pace on ergs. Unbroken FC and lunges ✅
- PB on WBs by ONE minute ✅

Thank you @becmasonpt for preparing me for this race and the new season. Sky’s the limit!!! Team @prvnfitness will own the podiums.

Geared by the fabulous @pumatraining team and love my new puppies. Gayest outfit I’ve ever worn and loving it!

After 25 races, you’d think I’d have this figured out by now… 😂

But this season will be different.

I’m incredibly proud to represent my two communities: the LGBTQ+ humans with @roxproud and the Deaf/Hard of Hearing with @hyrox_deaf_community.

I’m part of not one, but TWO teams. @prvnfitness and @pumatraining .
Little G, who was never picked, would never have believed this was possible.

I have a plan. I am prepared. Coach @becmasonpt made damn sure of that.

And, perhaps most importantly, I’m starting to build something new between my deficient ears.

Mental resilience.
I belong on that start line.
I can do this shit.
I don’t need to prove that I deserve to be there.

I race because I like it.
This is my fun.

Even when it hurts. Even when it’s f****g hard.

And I race to show that ANYBODY can do this.

Every body. Every background. Every ability.

Even YOU. 🫵🏻

So tomorrow, I’ll race loud. I’ll race proud. And I’ll bloody enjoy it.

Season 5. LFG. I will certainly leave no doubts. 🩷

PS: two bloody exciting races planned with the incredible @jayperezb including our first PRO, my sister @popys_brct owes me a race and I’m looking for a 40+ wonderwoman, doing sub 60’ pro for Manchester please @rox_queens ❤️‍🔥

HYROX yolculuğum 25 Eylül 2025’te ilk antrenmanımla başladı. Ardından 14 Şubat’ta HYROX İstanbul Adaptive kategorisinde ilk yarış deneyimimi yaşadım. Şimdi ise sırada HYROX İzmir Adaptive var. 💪🏼🔥

DREAM BIG 🤩

When I started racing, I imagined getting all the medals I never won as a kid.

On the treadmill. On the race course. On the track.

Then THIS happened ⚡️

In a little bit over an hour, my life changed.
A gold medal 🥇 A world title 🌍 A dream come true 😴

And @pumatraining with a paper and a pen 🖊️

So excited and proud to be joining the team for the 26/27 season - who knows what’s in store but I’ll definitely give it my all, and represent my communities.

Again, the page, @hyrox_deaf_community I collaborated with also shares other international signs for Hyrox too.

Sooo about me, now I’m officially in Hyrox season for Dallas, competing Solo in Open Women! 🔥

The last time I did Hyrox was with a doubles partner back in March 2025. WOW, that feels like such a long time ago. I am WAY different now, stronger, more experienced, and I can’t wait to see and share my progress compared to my last Hyrox.

Still trying to process this one. 🥹

A race I never expected to take this seriously somehow brought me to a moment I’ll probably remember for long time and veryy long. Memorable.

Standing up there with the Malaysian flag, looking around and realising “damn… I actually did it.” 🇲🇾
Imperfect. Not easy. But definitely something I’m grateful to have experienced.

And honestly, I wouldn’t have gotten here alone.

• First of all, @_warriorboyz , Thank you for introducing me to the HYROX world, and also HUGEEE THANK YOUU for teaching and helping to improve my HYROX techniques, and of course... revealing the "SECRET WEAPON" skill 😂🔥

You basically opened the door. I curious. I tried.
I had no idea what I was getting myself into… and somehow, here I am. 💀
