🌿 WELLNESS WEEK WRAP-UP | INNER BEING 💚

What a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do! ✨

From our youngest learners to our seniors, and from individuals with developmental disabilities to communities of all abilities, this week was filled with movement, mindfulness, connection, creativity, and joy.

Every photograph tells a story. Every class creates an opportunity. Every breath reminds us that wellness is for EVERYONE. 🌎💚

We are grateful for the incredible organizations, community partners, caregivers, instructors, and wellness teams who collaborate with us to make these moments possible. Together, we are creating spaces where everyone is seen, supported, included, and empowered to thrive.

At Inner Being, we believe wellness has no age, no limitations, and no boundaries. It meets people where they are, honors who they are, and reminds us that we all deserve the opportunity to feel good in our bodies, minds, and spirits.

📸 A week in pictures. A community united by wellness. Countless moments that remind us why this work matters.

Wellness for All. One Breath at a Time. 🧘🏽‍♀️💚

IAHD Dynamic Arts Gallery is so honored to once again take part in this year’s Cordially Invited 9. In these challenging times, art serves as a vital source of warmth and hope, reminding us of the beauty and resilience that still exist in the world. It offers a comforting embrace and a much-needed ray of hope, lifting our spirits and connecting us through shared experiences and emotions. I wish I could attend the opening, hopefully next year. If you are in the Baltimore area, be sure to visit our friends over at Make Studios and see the amazing things they are doing. #supportartists #supportnonprofits #lovewhatyoudo #buildingcommunities the show runs from October 16th-November 23rd, 2026. Gallery reception is Saturday October 17th 2-5pm❤️ #partnerships

“ I Need Space” Jeffery’s latest masterpiece. The title alone captures Jeffery’s wonderful sense of humor—he is always bringing a little laughter to those around him. Jeffery was so proud of his work that he loved sharing it with others. It’s a heartfelt reminder of why we do what we love: art can heal and transform us. May you cherish every moment. @iahd_ny @dynamicartsgallery #transforamtivejourney #art #nonprofitorganization #lovewhatyoudo❤️

Although we may not have a physical location, the Dynamic Arts program remains a vital source of support and inspiration at IAHD. The gallery has been a stepping stone for many talented artists we cherish. Despite obstacles, our commitment to nurturing these incredible artists continues unwaveringly. @iahd_ny @_skullfire_ @mrghosty_77 Many of the pieces will be up on our website soon, so be sure to check it and support an artist. #lovewhatyoudo #neverstopdoingwhatyoulove #supportnonprofits Happy Friday! #staytuned

We humbly present to you the St. Mary’s mural. We purposely left all the little imperfections. Just as a little reminder. “No one and nothing is perfect, or we wouldn’t have uniqueness.”
