once it’s not 100 degrees and i’m not sweating at resting heart rate and my sunglasses aren’t fogging up outside and I’m not seasonally depressed because the sun is actively trying to kill me and I can function properly as a spooky fall girl and wear my twirly skirts and witchy crystals with abandon and disappear into my stories and songs and watch the moon and eat copious amounts of soup IT’S OVER FOR THESE BITCHES.

bye summer. i can’t believe (yes i can cuz you are a predictable little monster) that you once again tried to destroy me with heat and too many activities requiring me to be in the heat (people who eat outside in the summer, genuinely, HOW? see also: why?)...you were still lovely somehow. 🫶🏼 also, remember when we accidentally stumbled into a love island watch party? wild. anyway, lots of pics of my children to remind you how wonderful and perfect they are. x

Summer was one hell of a trip. Some Cincy shows, Denver, little run with The Dear Hunter, some recording.

Get me out of this heat. Bring me fall. Bring me my new console.

Spring Tour is a wrap. ‘Twas a long one but it was sure unforgettable. Played some new rooms, some old ones, made some new friends, smoked “brazenly” across the entire country, went to a VERY exclusive goth club in Seattle and is it crazy to say I can’t wait to do it again?

Love my team, our crew, my friends. Thank you so much for taking me along y’all’s journeys ❤️
