There’s nothing quite like hanging with my favorite boy. Mom is out of town so Ace and I are running around the city finding as much fun as possible.

From joining me at run club and hanging with everyone at the gym, to doing the shop day with me. By 10am my dawg was maxed out 😮‍💨.

Big thank you to @talesofmikeyrich and the @levelonefitness run club crew for making us both feel welcomed and for providing a space that’s safe and healthy for a parent who may have to bring their little ones along to get that workout in, there really no excuse to not show up.

“I want to start making content but I dont where to start” I hear that statement quite often while Im out(or Dms) and in passing I always give the bs answer “you just gotta start”( which is true, hardest part is just starting) but I know alot of people want to make content but dont know the method to start.
