The longest-living people on earth aren’t doing it alone.

I’m on the courts 4-5x a week because my friend @cindela5 said “just try it once.” Now there’s eight of us, and whoever can make it, makes it.

One of the women in this video is my good friend @iamamyjohnson, who wrote Life Lessons in Pickleball: Joy, Connection, and Why It’s Never Too Late to Get in the Game. Turns out she was right.

Come find your four.

While on vacation in Ojai, we visited Beatrice Wood’s Art Center. Her ceramics studio with jars of pigments, the hand-shaped bowls, the crystals all felt like an embodiment of creativity itself.

Beatrice lived and worked here into her 100s. Her space reminded me: creativity isn’t just expression—it’s a life source.

Today, in the Inspired Living Experience, we’ll explore creativity as a core value and a tool for wellness—especially in times of change.

We start today 4/11 at 11 AM PST. There’s still time to join. Link in bio.

🌟 Which of your values guides your financial decisions?

Many of us fell a misalignment between our financial lives and our values, causing confusion, dissatisfaction, and anxiety. This can show up as a lack of clarity, overspending and/or immense justification around our money habits.

I’ve experienced this firsthand, until I realized I was living my wealth story based on others’ values, which felt ungrounded and out of sync. I decided to make a change and intentionally align my financial life to my values. Do I do it perfectly? No! But I use my values to help me shape a life that I love!

As I look at the braided trunk of the money tree, I’m reminded of the many influences that impact our relationship with money! 🌱

Today, I’m hosting a workshop called, “Aligned Abundance: Values and Money,” where we explore the connection between values, money, and well-being. Join us to discover a more fulfilling and purposeful approach to wealth management. 🌟

🗓️ Date: Tuesday, June 11th
🕚 Time: 11 am - 12 pm PST

Together, we’ll dive deep into how your values shape your financial habits, decisions, and overall well-being. Let’s redefine what true wealth means to you and create a path toward Aligned Abundance. 💰✨

It’s Earth Month and a good time to consider when was the last time you felt truly inspired.

Was it Monday’s total eclipse? The unexpected bloom of a flower in your path? Or perhaps something as simple as the play of light through the leaves?

Most often, I find that my inspiration comes from nature. I wander back to the days of my childhood when the woods and creeks behind my house were my kingdoms. With no one to watch over me (it was the 70s!), I was free to explore and learn the subtle language of the earth beneath my feet and the wisdom of the towering trees canopied above.

Our planet has an endless capacity for beauty and resilience and asks for nothing in return but our care and respect. But how often do we pause to consider our role in this delicate balance? The answers are rooted in our Core Values.

Join us this month for a special “Living Our Values: Embracing Sustainability as a Way of Life.”

Let’s reconnect with a sense of wonder and responsibility. Let’s discuss how we can carry the spirit of inspiration and respect for nature into our daily lives, not just for the month of April, aka Earth Month, but as a lifelong commitment.
