When something you love doing starts becoming something you struggle to do.

For @iamashkan, training has always been a big part of life.
But when his left knee began swelling, hurting and limiting his movement, even the things he enjoyed started becoming difficult.

After years of dealing with the problem, he came to SLS hoping to explore whether there might be an alternative to surgery.
Following an examination that identified meniscus damage and wear-related changes, Ashkan underwent treatment at the clinic, with @dransarmahmood also joining us.

He admits he was a little nervous beforehand. And that’s understandable. When it’s your body, your health and your ability to do the things you love, these decisions matter.
What stood out to us was hearing him describe how comfortable he felt putting his trust in the team.

Because behind every examination and every treatment is a person with their own story, their own concerns and their own hopes.

Thank you, @iamashkan, for allowing us to share a little of yours. ❤️
And a pleasure having @dransarmahmood with us at SLS. 🤝

Vilket träningsprogram är BÄST? 🤔
