Last October I sat down with my white board and mapped out what I needed to do to earn the first Destination Success trip our company offered. We had 10 months to achieve it and I knew my brain and my heart needed to go for it and achieve it. You see, back in 2021 I was spending some time with the Lord and all of a sudden I heard the closest I’ve heard to His audible voice say, “Don’t you dare give up!” I froze. It was an awe struck moment. I knew He was talking about this business and this mission. I was also thinking, I wasn’t planning on it…what I didn’t know what would unfold just a few hours later. Without going into details there were a series of phone calls that had the potential to make me think, it’s all falling apart just forget it! There have for sure been some rough years since I heard that voice. Rebuilding. Rebuilding belief in myself as a leader, rebuilding confidence after so much of what I had built fell apart in what felt like an instant, rebuilding within the company through technology challenges etc. Being at this awards gala and being recognized on stage for earning the Destination Success trip had me feeling so much. I am so grateful to my customers and my team for helping me achieve this breakthrough. I am so grateful to my sidelines who have been through cheering me on not just on the gala night but along the way. I am so grateful for a company who offers incredible experiences like this and offer beyond incredible support. You may just see a gala and an award. I see years of negative self talk, feeling unworthy, struggle and shame breaking off. Thank you Lord for speaking before I knew what was ahead! Now, 13 years with this company…we’re just getting started! This time we are starting not with baggage from the past but from lessons learned and wisdom acquired and a whole lot of passion! There are so many people out there that have no clue what we have to offer and that is a disservice. So, at times I may show up messy, I may stumble over my words or whatever. I’m going to show up because I love people BIG! You deserve to hear what we have to offer & hopefully experience it for yourself. My life has been forever

So…what actually happens inside the Well Woman Collective? 👀 If you’ve been following along but haven’t joined us yet, you might be wondering what you’ll actually find once you get inside. The answer? A whole lot more than another wellness group. Lately inside the Collective, we’ve been talking about: 🔥 How to support a healthy, flexible metabolism 🍽️ Why eating enough matters for energy and metabolic health 💧 The connection between hydration and metabolism 🚶‍♀️ Why movement is so much more than exercise 🧠 How your nervous system influences your health 🥗 Mindful eating and the digestion-stress connection 💪 Supporting muscle, strength and healthy aging 💼 Recognizing the season you’re in with your career and knowing when to push vs. pause And that’s only part of what’s waiting for you. Ashley and I created the Well Woman Collective because we were tired of seeing women receive health, career, mindset and wellness advice in completely separate boxes. Real life doesn’t happen in separate boxes. Your sleep affects your energy. Your stress affects your digestion. Your nutrition affects your mood. Your career affects your nervous system. Your relationships affect your well-being. It’s all connected. And that’s how we approach wellness inside the Collective—the whole woman, not just one symptom, goal, or number on the scale. So if you’ve been watching and thinking, “Maybe I should check this out…” Consider this your invitation. 💛 Come inside. Explore the classrooms. Try the resources. Ask us questions. And see what resonates with you. ✨ Your first 7 days are FREE. Then just $17/month. Comment COLLECTIVE or send us a message and we’ll send you the details. You don’t need another quick fix. You need tools that help you understand and support yourself for the long haul.

What if you had a place to go when you didn’t know what to do next? When your energy is tanking and you’re wondering why. When your digestion suddenly feels off. When you’re overwhelmed and can feel your nervous system screaming for a break. When you’re questioning whether it’s time for a change in your career. Or when you simply think… “Is anyone else feeling this way?” That’s what we wanted to create with the Well Woman Collective. Not another social media group filled with more noise. A place where busy women can bring their questions, learn how their bodies and minds actually work, and get practical support for the things they’re navigating in real life. Inside the Collective, we’re talking about the whole woman: 🌿 Nutrition, gut health, hormones & metabolism 🧠 Mindset, stress & nervous system health ✨ Authenticity, confidence & personal growth 💼 Career, purpose & what’s next 🤍 And the everyday habits that help you feel better while living a very full life @iamashleywoosley and I are practitioners, but we’re also women navigating many of these same seasons alongside you. We don’t believe you need another quick fix. We believe you need education, tools, support—and a community where you don’t have to figure everything out alone. And we’re continuing to build and add to the Collective every month. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines wondering what we’re all about, come inside and see for yourself. ✨ Your first 7 days are FREE. Then it’s just $17/month. Come explore the classrooms. Try the resources. Ask us a question. Meet the women inside. And see if the Well Woman Collective feels like the support you’ve been missing. 💬 Comment COLLECTIVE or send us a message and we’ll get you started. You don’t have to have it all figured out. That’s kind of the point. 💛

You keep telling yourself, “When things slow down, I’ll focus on me.” After this project. After the kids’ schedules calm down. After this busy season at work. After you get through everything that needs your attention right now. But somehow…there’s always something next. And before you know it, taking care of yourself has been pushed to the bottom of the list again. The problem isn’t that you don’t care about your health. You probably already know a lot of the things you should be doing. The challenge is figuring out how to actually support yourself in the middle of a full life. That’s exactly why we created the Well Woman Collective. Not to give you another list of things you “should” be doing. But to give you a place to learn, ask questions, find practical tools, and get support as you create changes that actually fit your life. Inside, we’re talking about the whole woman: 🌿 Nutrition, gut health & metabolism 🧠 Mindset, stress & nervous system health 😴 Sleep, energy & recovery ✨ Authenticity, purpose & personal growth 💼 Career, calling & sustainable success Because your health doesn’t exist separately from the rest of your life. It all matters. And it’s all connected. You don’t have to wait for life to slow down before you start taking care of yourself. You can start right where you are—with small, sustainable changes and a community supporting you along the way. 💎 Try the Well Woman Collective FREE for 7 days. Then continue for just $17/month. From the outside... She looks like she has it all together. She’s dependable. Successful. The one everyone counts on. But behind the scenes? She’s exhausted. She’s constantly putting herself last. When was the last time you chose you? Not because everything else was done. Not because someone gave you permission. Just because you matter, too. So many women tell themselves they’ll focus on their health when life settles down. After this busy season. After vacation. After the kids need them less. After work slows down. But somehow, “later” never comes. The Well Woman Collective was created because taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel like another overwhelming commitment. It’s a place to learn simple, sustainable ways to support your body, connect with women on a similar journey, and be reminded that your health matters, too. You don’t have to overhaul your life. You just have to choose yourself—one small step at a time. And for less than the cost of a couple of specialty coffees each month, you can give yourself something that lasts a whole lot longer: support, encouragement, education, and women who genuinely want to see you thrive. 💚 The Well Woman Collective is just $17/month, and you can try it FREE for 7 days. Maybe today is the day you choose you. Comment WELL or send me a DM, and I’ll send you the link.😘
