@dorat123 recently did her spotlight presentation and gifted everyone in her @westportbni chapter a custom @iamclarity13 branded mug! ☕️

So grateful to work with Dora on her branding needs and help bring her vision to life. This is what great branding is all about — useful, memorable, and uniquely yours. ❤️

On first Thursdays of the month we love to celebrate our Notable Networkers and what better way to celebrate than with a lovely breakfast from @madebyaudrakitchen?

We had GF vegetable egg cups, strawberry rhubarb chia seed pudding and blueberry muffins with DD coffee (of course).

Congratulations to all our notable networkers this month! Let’s finish the year strong!

🎙️ This week on Mission CTRL, we’re talking people-first leadership, workplace culture, and why caring for your employees isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s good business, with Dora Thagouras, Founder & CEO of Clarity 13 and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. 🧠💼

Dora joins Ramon and Jorge to unpack why companies can’t expect exceptional customer experiences without first creating exceptional employee experiences - and how outdated, top-down leadership models are quietly costing businesses engagement, trust, and results.

The conversation dives into Dora’s journey from growing up in her family’s Greek diner to leading global teams at brands like Nine West and Yves Saint Laurent, and ultimately launching Clarity 13 to help leaders align their intentions with their behaviors. She also introduces Energy Leadership, breaking down how mindset, stress, and belief systems directly impact culture, performance, and decision-making. ⚡️

💡 Whether you’re a business owner, executive, or emerging leader, this episode is a powerful reminder that leadership isn’t about being perfect -it’s about being present, intentional, and human. 🎧
