Leg day was REAL!!! 😮‍💨🔥

315 x 6 x 5 had my legs feeling TIGHT!!! I was definitely feeling the pain and fatigue, but the way my goals are set up… I knew I needed to FINISH. 💪🏽

And that’s one thing I bring to my clients as a coach. I’m not asking you to do anything I’m not willing to do myself. I train. I struggle. I have days when my body is tired and my mind is ready to check out. This week, we’re honored to highlight a woman who truly embodies a life of service, both in and out of uniform.

When asked what inspired her to become a firefighter🚒, her answer was refreshingly real: there wasn’t one defining moment. Instead, someone recognized the kind of person she is - someone built to serve and encouraged her to go for it. And she did.
Because for her, service isn’t just a career… it’s a way of life. ❤️

For the past 3.5 years, she has proudly served with the City of Miami Fire Department, showing up with strength, heart and dedication every single day.

But beyond the uniform, she wears an even greater title—mom first. She’s the proud mother of an 18 year old son she absolutely adores. A former bodybuilder with a passion for fitness, food and finding peace by the ocean, she reminds us that strength comes in many forms: physical, emotional, and spiritual. 🌊💪

Her journey is a powerful reminder that you don’t need a dramatic origin story to walk in purpose. Sometimes, stepping into who you already are is more than enough.
