Friendly reminder that results don’t come overnight.

Pick one habit, AND I MEAN ONE, and stick to it. Give it 8 weeks. Watch your body change like magic. Subtly, but surely, you will see change. Suddenly, your pants fit differently, and your relationship with food is healthier than it’s ever been. Everyone around you says it’s magic, but you know the truth. You were the one who was strong enough to try.

And hey, if you’re having a hard time implementing those little changes, click the link in my bio and let’s work together. 😊 I do in person training, as well as online, so we got options!!!!!

Heartfelt & Inspiring!

Strong women raise strong girls. I love seeing my daughters inspired by the incredible women in this class to work hard, get fit, and build healthy habits. 💪✨
Surrounded by strength. The best part of this class isn’t just the workout, it’s the fierce example these amazing women are setting for the next generation.
They’re always watching, so give them something powerful to look up to. I’m so grateful for a gym community where women motivate the younger girls to show up and put in the work!
It takes a village, and this one lifts. Watching my girls train alongside these dedicated, hardworking women is the ultimate motivation. #WomenInFitness #GymCommunity #FitMoms #iameliteny #iamelitesgt

The Complete Breakdown 🔥
Save this circuit for your next lower-body day. The pump is real and that hip thrust hold will test your willpower!
Here is the lineup:
Kettlebell Swings: Focus on the hip hinge and explosive power.
Supported Bulgarian Split Squats: Using the TRX strap for balance keeps all the tension right where it belongs—driving through that front heel.
Barbell Hip Thrusts: Heavy and controlled, finishing with a brutal 10-second isometric hold at the top. 🥵
Kettlebell Goblet Squats: Deep, steady, and keeping the core braced.
Fueling the fire one rep at a time. Let’s get it! 💪

PreBirthday celebration with a strength workout with my friend @eileenkrater at @iameliteny.

The “Anti-Aging” Secret: Lifting weights is the closest thing to a fountain of youth! Building muscle helps speed up your metabolism, protects your joints, and makes daily tasks like carrying groceries easy. You have to use your muscles to keep them.

Health and Wellness: Strength training is not about being small. It is about getting stronger. It helps prevent weak bones and lowers the risk of injury as we get older. Every time you lift, you invest in your future health!
