POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It's been a minute since I posted but I'm still designing and printing parts. Scroll to see some of the parts and tools I made; badge, RC wheels, tiny shoe, castor arm bushings, tiny jack stand, sleeve driver tool, clutch alignment tool, and lastly intake manifold.

Never in my life would I have thought I would be making my own parts. I have a welder but haven't used it much. To be honest I am using more printed parts than parts that I've welded myself. That being said I would like to further my fabrication skills in all aspects.

What is it that you're working on?! Lemme know, I love spitballing ideas.

Gerry did some amazing work building this 4age for me, absolutely beautiful this thing, and I can't wait to run it for the first time. I almost feel guilty running stock headers on this.
Thanks @iamgerry86 @hachigopartssupply

Fck that, I'll just print it!

I bought a repair sleeve not knowing it didn't come with an installation tool so I designed and printed my own. I mean, I could have bought the tool but that's not fun or challenging.

Using a digital caliper and Fusion360 I made my own driver tool. Works like a fkn charm!...and now it will sit in the special tool box for an unknown amount of time until its services are called upon again lol.

Do you need a special tool for your project? Hit me up! I would love to be a part of your build

Technically, its the 40th year anniversary of the AE86 in Japan being the 1983 model, but I know for North America it’s officially 1984 so maybe we will try to plan something special for next year!

For this year, I've organized for us Edmonton and area Dorikaze members to meet at the Midway Music Hall Parking lot (6107 104 ST NW on Calgary Trail). I have been given permission by the owners/management to use it for that day so everyone must behave and treat the lot with respect! August 6th at 1PM-6PM rain or shine!

I hope to see you all there.
