For 29 years, we’ve run our own race, guided by clarity, curiosity, and heart.

Today, we look forward.
We lead.
Evolving on our own terms.
Staying open.
Paying attention to the culture, without being driven by it.
Cheers to staying true.

HM, since 24 July 1996.

A hundred and what pages long? We are so proud to have played a part in shaping this commemorative e-book. What a privilege to help tell the #story of a century of #advocacy, #leadership, and #TheGreatAustralianDream.

Thank you to the Real Estate Institute of Australia team especially Victoria Peisley for the opportunity, and #trust. A true #legacy project!

▪️ Today, as we have no reported or confirmed exposure or cases of COVID-19 within HM Group, I am pleased to advise it's business as usual. To ensure the safety of our team, our clients and collaborators, Miguel and I have taken the past few days to rethink how we operate. As a result, we have some changes to announce:

While some of us at HM Group already function remotely, we will be shifting our team from our gorgeous studio, to working remotely from our homes in the coming days. This change won’t be noticeable to many of you as we will all remain well connected and will be fully accessible both technically and spiritually. Our value system we work to each day will continue to guide the direction of all brands within our Group through camaraderie, respect, curiosity, good organisation and mindfulness.
The most significant change within the Group will relate to meetings. All meetings, workshops and presentations from now until further notice will be conducted via phone or video conference.
The established processes we work to won’t change as they have been designed with a remote culture in mind, which has allowed us to offer the flexibility that comes with a sustainable business.

All that shared, we are very much on, and connected.
A side note, with all that’s going on, I am pleased to share the I have never received more phone calls, DMs, FaceTimes and texts from new and old friends, family and acquaintances — just to check in. I am a month away from bringing a new baby into this world which alone brings a whole new set of distractions and uncertainties. I acknowledge though that right now, we’re all experiencing these feelings, yet the time people have taken to check in on me has proven that while our world does its thing, I feel the love and it is so warming and inspiring. I will take this opportunity to say thank you for your connectedness, and I encourage that we all reach out, especially to the vulnerable during this time. When at the grocery store, think about what your neighbour or the next person might need.
And remember to wash your hands.

Love and light to you, your neighbours, family, friends and colleagues.
