✨ Gratitude ✨

Yesterday I had the honor of volunteering @spotlightpoetrylv the Phenomenal Womxn Festival and attending a powerful workshop experience.

“Original Story: The Art of Spoken Word” was beautifully held by @kidivine9 and her co-facilitator @_yeahitscaesar visiting from Texas, each bringing their own energy, presence, and intention into the space.

The collaboration, the vulnerability, and the way the room was held… truly felt 🥰.

Deep gratitude to everyone who contributed to that experience and to the Phenomenal Womxn Festival for creating space for this kind of work. 💜

And now, I get to step into facilitation this morning ✨
Join me at 8:30am for a co-facilitated experience with @iamcoachjaz — would love to see you there.

✨ Honored to be part of the 2026 Phenomenal Womxn Poetry Festival.

The RESeT: Sacred Stillness for Phenomenal Womxn Writers is a restorative sonic experience I’ll be co-facilitating alongside @iamcoachjaz, an intuitive wellness coach whose work centers mindfulness, rest, and embodied wellness for womxn and femmes.

Together we created The RESeT as a space for writers and creatives to step out of depletion and return to the body, the breath, and the page through sound healing, deep rest, and reflective practice.

This offering grew out of the Sacred Stillness work we activated together in Charlotte, and we’re honored to bring this next evolution to Las Vegas.

If you’re attending the festival and feel the weight of constant creative output, come rest with us.

🎟 How to attend:
To experience the full Phenomenal Womxn Poetry Festival (panels, workshops, open mics + more), visit:
www.spotlightpoetry.org @spotlightpoetrylv

Volunteer applications are available!!!

Individual workshop tickets are also available through Eventbrite — $10 per workshop.

🔥 Dear Charlotte, North Carolina — The RESeT has been activated.
😉You’re welcome.

At this year’s annual fire party at @haylostudiolounge , I stood before the flames at 1111 Central Ave and spoke a promise.

Tonight, at that same property @thelongroomclt , that prayer took form.

What was once spoken into fire became sound, breath, and stillness shared in sacred space.

I’m deeply grateful for @iamcoachjaz, for our friendship, trust, and the alignment that brought this vision into being.

And to every soul who entered the room tonight ♾️🙏🏾 may your life continue unfolding in the most beautiful, abundant, prosperous, and divinely aligned ways.

May you remember what God is :
Love enacted as you — in every cell, in every breath, in every choice.

The RESeT was activated, and nothing will ever be the same. 😉

✨ The energy of love and gratitude continues to open the most beautiful doors ✨

I’m overflowing with joy to share this clip from Friday’s sound healing at my fairy godmother @comberclaire’s home.

The love that filled that room was pure magic ✨watching my participants dissolve narratives that no longer serve them and return to their mighty I AM presence.

This is what happens when we remember that divine love is the most powerful force in the universe, capable of dissolving anything that is not of itself. The transformation in that space was palpable, and I want to share that reminder with all of you.

🔊Speaking of transformation… I’m thrilled to announce my next offering!

Would it make you smile?
Would your words bring light?
Would your touch be a blessing?

Everything you do matters.
