Day 18 of the 3 Minutes a Day SELAH IS WELLNESS Challenge

Invite your family, friends, and everyone you love to join you in moments of rest, restoration, freedom, and stillness in the presence of the Father.

“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.”
- James 3:17-18 (NIV)

Today, we stretched and went swimming as a way to care for both our bodies and our minds.
Swimming is one of the few forms of exercise that engages nearly every muscle in your body, and your mind too. As your body moves through the water, your mind has the opportunity to slow down, release stress, and regain clarity.
If you’ve been struggling to make decisions or have been longing for peace in your mind, remember that God is not the author of confusion. He delights in giving wisdom to those who ask Him.
• Comment “Sound Mind” below, and I will personally send you a prayer. 🙏🏾

May the life you live be a blessing to others, and may the heart God has given you encourage the next generation. Keep shining His light. ✨🌻

🌻Day 14 of the SELAH is Wellness Challenge
“Behold, you are beautiful, my love; behold, you are beautiful; your eyes are doves.”
Song of Solomon 1:15

To truly understand relationship, we must first understand the relationship the Father desires to have with us. His love is unlike any other, pure, faithful, unconditional, and everlasting. No one can love us the way He does.

God sees beauty in us even when we struggle to see it ourselves. He calls us His beloved, pursues us with grace, and continually reminds us of our worth in Him. Before we can fully receive love from others, we must first receive the love He freely gives.🫂

Today, take time to journal a love letter to God. Thank Him for His faithfulness, His mercy, His protection, His provision, and the countless ways He has shown His love throughout your life. Reflect on who He has been to you in every season and express your gratitude for His unfailing presence.🤗

SELAH Moment:
Write from your heart. Tell God what you love about Him, what you are grateful for, and how His love has transformed your life. Then sit quietly and allow His love to minister to you.🥹

Prayer:
Father, thank You for loving me with an everlasting love. Thank You for seeing me, choosing me, and calling me Your own. Forgive me for everything out of alignment with you. Help me to know You more deeply and to rest in the security of Your love. Let my life be a reflection of my gratitude for all You have done. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

SELAH IS WELLNESS DAY 11🌻
Being called for such a time as this requires intentional time in the Word of God. In a world filled with distractions, responsibilities, and constant noise, God is inviting us to pause, be still, and draw near to Him. Let this time be SET NOW. Make room for His presence. Prioritize His voice above every other voice competing for your attention.

🌻Scripture: John 1:1
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
This verse reminds us that the Word is not merely text on a page, it is the living expression of God Himself. Before creation, before time, before anything existed, the Word was already present. Jesus is the Word, eternal and unchanging.

In this season, we are no longer asking, we are declaring the promises of God. Make declaration today and take THE TERRITORY for the kingdom of God.

🌻SELAH Declaration :
• I will be intentional about the time that I set for God
• I will not be dismayed, nor distracted for the LORD my God will strengthen me and uphold me
• I AM CHOSEN AND A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD
• I AM A SON OR A DAUGHTER OF THE MOST HIGH KING

🌻Prayer:
LORD, thank You for Your Word, which guides, teaches, and sustains me. Forgive me for the things that I have done knowingly and unknowingly. With your word, I stand firmly and I declare that you are LORD. Teach me to walk in boldness and in truth, teach me your understanding and grant me wisdom as I search for it more than silver or gold.
What the enemy meant for evil, you have turned it around for my good. I will take the territory by force.

🌻SELAH Moment: Pause for a few minutes today. Open your Bible, read John 1:1 slowly, and reflect on who Jesus is as the living Word.

SELAH IS WELLNESS — Day 3: Walk in Freedom 🚶🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️💪🏾
Scripture: Galatians: 5:13
“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”

Freedom begins with knowing that you are already free in Christ. Jesus paid a price that no person could ever repay. When you walk in alignment with God’s will, you aren’t striving for freedom, you are living from it. True liberation is choosing each day to walk in love, purpose, and obedience.

🌻 3-Minute SELAH Wellness Challenge
Move your body as an act of gratitude for the freedom you’ve been given.

1 Minute: March or jog in place while thanking God for one area where He has brought freedom.

1 Minute: 10 bodyweight squats followed by gentle arm reaches overhead, breathing deeply.
1 Minute: Stretch while praying:

“Lord, help me walk in the freedom You have already given me. May my life reflect Your love as I serve others with humility. Amen.”

Today’s Reflection:
Where is God inviting me to walk in greater freedom by trusting Him instead of my flesh?

SELAH Reminder: Pause. Breathe. Move. Walk in the freedom Christ has already won for you. 🤍

Day 2 | SELAH IS Wellness Challenge🌻

Invest in Your Mind
He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him.” Daniel 2:21-22 (NKJV)

What does investing in your mind look like?
Maybe it means finally taking the next step toward something the LORD has placed on your heart. It could be writing down the vision He’s given you, organizing your calendar, planning your time wisely, learning a new skill, reading, studying, or simply acting on what you’ve been putting off.

God honors faithful stewardship. When He gives a vision, He calls us to write it down and walk in obedience. Every moment you dedicate to growing, learning, and developing the gifts He has entrusted to you is an investment, not only in yourself, but in the purpose He has prepared for you.

If today is your first day joining us, welcome to Day 2 of the 3 Minutes a Day SELAH IS Wellness Challenge!
Each day, we’re intentionally investing in one area of wellness:
* Body through movement,
* Mind through learning and growth,
* Spirit through meditating on God’s Word.
While each day has a different focus, our foundation never changes. The LORD remains at the center of everything we do. As we invest in our bodies and minds, we continually return to Him through prayer, meditation, and reconciliation, allowing Him to renew us from the inside out.

Today’s Challenge, the day is not over: Spend three intentional minutes investing in your mind. Read something that will help you grow, organize a goal you’ve been delaying, or take one small step toward the vision God has placed in your heart. Then, surrender it back to Him in prayer, trusting Him to establish the work of your hands.

Reflection:
What is one thing I can learn, plan, or begin today that will help me faithfully steward the purpose God has given me?

SELAH: Pause. Rest. Receive.
“Imitate me, as I imitate Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 11:1 🌻

As we walk into the fullness of all that God has called each of us to be, we must remember that growth in Christ is not only found in movement, it is also found in stillness. The LORD calls us to rest, to sit in His presence, and to receive the grace that He freely gives.

Too often we become consumed with doing, accomplishing, and striving. Yet God reminds us that His presence is not something we earn; it is something we enter. When we intentionally make room for Him, He faithfully meets us there.
That is why I invite you to join me in 3 Minutes for 30 Days: The SELAH IS Wellness Challenge. Whether it is through walking, working out, painting, reading your Bible, praying, or meditating on God’s Word, dedicate three intentional minutes each day to being present with Him.

God is intentional about showing up for you when you are intentional about meeting Him. In the quiet moments, He strengthens the weary, restores the broken, renews the mind, and reminds us of our identity in Him.
My prayer is that during these next 30 days, you will experience God’s peace in a deeper way, embrace His presence more fully, and abound in His grace and mercy. May every moment of stillness become an opportunity for transformation.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for inviting us into Your presence. Teach us to slow down and make room for You each day. Help us to find strength in Your stillness, peace in Your presence, and joy in Your promises. As we commit these next 30 days to You, draw us closer to Your heart and transform us by Your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🌻
